Everything was really clean and staff was great

You could hear the music from the club next door, so you couldn't get any sleep.

For the price this place is great. I should of paid the extra few bucks to stay in the tower room. My daughter booked in the tower and her room was very spacious.

Price is awesome, room is awesome, staff was nice! Booked the regular room at the old building but I think they bumped me up to the Cabana Suite room. Yay!

    Room door was sooo heavy

The Cabana was a nice size room. The glass shower was also very nice. Big TV was a big plus also.

The dealers I thought could be a lot friendlier.

The mattress had a flat sheet on it and when it went up I saw the mattress which had nasty stains on it they should use a fitted one on. Our friend had to call room service to get the roaches out that we're crawling around GROSS.

I was pleased with the staff and what a great job they did at being courteous and helpful in every way. We stayed in the building across from the main hotel, and the front desk staff was more than helpful with directions and info, as well as accommodating. The prime rib dinner....fantastic! We will definitely be back to stay!

    no pool...

The Tower Rooms are spacious and to get to them you need to use your room card / key. Views from the top floors are great of the desert and strip. Free parking.

    It was all good.

Stayed in Vintage Room last time - it was great, including wifi - no connection issues. Booked Pavilion Room and was complimentary upgraded to Tower Room, King Suite - just lovely. The wifi was slightly slower in this room, but still no issues at all. Enjoyed Fremont Street Experience again, as well as Beat Coffeehouse and Container Park, both just across from hotel. Will continue to stay at El Cortez - El "C" & me, we're friends now!

Cost I paid the price for a normal room on the strip, but I stayed in a suite at this hotel, suites were nice and roomy, privacy I never was bothered by other guest or house keeping. The building is seperate from the casino so you don't have a lot of traffic in your building which is security key access only.

    I have no complaints

The room was spacious, luxurious, clean, quiet, and the furnishings were top quality. I did not expect this kind of luxury for the price I paid. I lived in Vegas for 10 years, so I know what a lot of hotels offer. This place is one of the best at any price.

Well, a big jackpot would have been nice. Maybe next time.

The free limo service to airport; and the prime rib, for the money, is the best in town.

Elevator cards can be a bit confusing!

The staff was courteous. The rooms were small but clean. Great location to the Fremont Street Experience.

Though we knew the room was going to be dated since they were the vintage rooms we booked, the actual casino and cafe felt very dated though comfortable. The wifi signal was not consistent.

    - Location Fremont Street (but far from the strip) - Free parking for hotel guests - Wifi was good but only available in Cabana Suits, not in casino

    - Staff at the reception was not very friendly or helpful - Extra resort fee 10$/day - Bathroom was not very clean (found several hairs in the shower from previous guests...) - Breakfast was supposedly included in the room rate but we received only a 15$ voucher per couple (which was not enough for 2 persons)
