it was ok
to far from other casino
We came in and we couldnt sleep the whole night. People were fighting and talking. The people at the front desk were rude.
The wi-fi was absolutely laughable....Like it was 1995 or something....UNUSABLE....
I liked that it was close to the Boardwalk and Casinos.
It smelled weird and it wasn't clean. The was no peep hole in the door. There were holes in the curtains. The curtains are essential because there is a big window that faces the street and someone can see you whole room from the hallway. The fridge and ice bucket were dirty. The person at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. For example, when I ask for a extra sheets for the room he pretended he didn't have access to it at first. When I insisted,he said to come back down in 10 minutes. When he managed to get one ( I asked for two),he snidely said " you got lucky". Literally the only good thing about this place is the location and price.
service and everything
For the price the hotel was fair If your expecting a fancy hotel this isn't the place to stay. You get what you pay for. It's nice that it's right by the boardwalk and alot if nearby such as the Tropicana and other big hotels right by the boardwalk
The "free breakfast" was a complete joke it was tiny cups of juice and hard bagels your better off eating elsewhere and the cafe was incredibly small only fits about 10 people at most. The appearance from the outside of the hotel makes this place look kinda trashy the rooms however aren't that bad of course for the price your paying compared to everything else.
Perfect location for exploring Boardwalk.
Huge bugs in room. Rain dripped through ceiling onto bed. Gangs of youths and loud music ALL NIGHT from "residents". Quite intimidating.
Friendly and accomandating staff. Close to the boardwalk.
The parking, it was really tight. Not much can be done about the parking.
Proximity to the beach
The rooms were disgusting, there was mold all over the bathroom cabinets. We literally could not walk on the carpets barefoot. Our feet would turn black, very unfriendly staff. The beds were NOT doubles like promised. We requested and were granted a 2 pm late check out, both online and in person, but by 11 30 am they were banging on the doors and just walked in our rooms. Also threatened to charge my credit card of we didn't vacation immediately, mind you we were in a dead sleep when this accured. My advise would be to book at the quality Inn across the street if you don't want to stay in a casino.
No free parking .....
Need more poking space.
Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
it's very close to the ocean
the beds were horrible
I liked the price and that it was right off of the board walk
It was very far from the main attractions, the room was very unattractive, the other guest were very loud and rude and the staff was very unprofessional
Having an empty fridge, and separate beds.
The floor in the beakfast area wasn't that clean, I was a bit turn off by that.
closeness to boardwalk
dirty sourrounds ,smell of mold common kitchen nothing worked registration person was rude, not sufficient parking for the number of rooms , iron did not work
Close to the beach
Price was wrong, facility wasn't that clean
The room itself was clean.
All of the common areas were filthy. Not nearly enough parking for the amount of rooms. I expected parking to be free but it was not. No microwave or coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, but the front desk staff were rather rude.
close to beach
dirty coffee maker microwave on another floor not in room poop on walkway just really dirty you get what you pay for
the closeness to the ocean and boardwalk
registered for a non smoking room. when we got there we were given the most horrible smelling smoking room, went to the desk saying i had not ask for smoking they said booking . com registered me as smoking and if i wanted a non smoking i would have to pay $15.00 more of course i did or we would all die from the smell. water drips down the stairs from the air conditioners so you must walk trying to not get the nasty water on our head. the curtains block the ac air so it goes up the window.wi fi is not available in the rooms.no hooks to hang towels and swim suits.
The location was perfect! The staff was very nice! When we walked in the room it smelled clean with bleach! The sheets were clean. The breakfast was good. It's free! So how can you complain!
Our neighbors were very loud the first night but the rest of our nights were quiet. The walls seemed to be thin. The parking was a little unorganized. This was the down fall for the hotel. Be prepared for fees and to walk a few blocks to get to your hotel. This hotel is not handicap accessible in the rooms. It is small in the rooms. Although I can not speak for the suites. We just had a normal room. The location truly beats all of the negatives.
The hotel was clean.
I was upset that I was told I had to pay $20.00 to park. When I inquired about this I was told that there was an event going on and they were charging $20.00 parking for the event. I explained I wasn't there for the event I was a registered guest. They told me oh well. I don't think I would go there again. Other hotels allow registered guest free parking. Also there weren't extra spots only enough for guest. I was highly upset about that.
Friendly staff, clean room, good free breakfast! Price was right. Would stay there again :)
Very friendly and competent staff.
