Not bad for the money, Great location, convenient to everything, staff was ok.
My phone in the room didn't work. Staff was always on the phone everyone we came down and no microwave in room as stated when booked.
Bugs in the bathroom. Worst experience. We left
Nothing horrible staff the room we had was cold because the heater was broke..they charged us $5 to stay on their lot..charged us and extra $20.00 for our kids..this room was not worth it. Should have stayed in the casino.. But this was last minute.. I would not recommend.. Needs updating too
Close to beach and shops.very quiet
They should actually serve breakfast daily as advertised. It was disappointing.
Price, location, cleanliness.
It was cold. Heat didn't work.
at least a place to sleep but it can be better , heater was ok , sheets clean ,staff friendly.
First and foremost no sound proof in the rooms its horrible u can hear everything the next room i couldnt sleep until they slept , out dated t.v, the save wasnt working , i and my hobby couldnt wait to leave definitely not going back there again !
The price and location was excellent. Easy access to the shore. I must say that I was relieve to see the mattresses having a cover since I noticed that some other mentioned bed bugs. I did check didn't see any.
Dirty facility, kitchen the breakfast was very simple coffee,1 type of juice and the juice machine broke, only wheat bread No one attended the area so it was messy and dirty. We end up walking to a small dinner call Maria's kitchenette and it was delicious and not price. The Corner dinner charged us $6 an egg lol.
I liked the Jacuzzi the view the room close to casinos and shopping area. I was offered $40 off for second night stay.
I only stayed for one night
We stayed for a night. 4 girls to celebrate a birthday. Though it's a no frills hotel you are 2 blocks from tropicana and right by the boardwalk. We didn't wake up for breakfast buy there is a great breakfast spot right in the chelsea which is also next door. Good for quick trip. Clean. Affordable. On boardwalk. Clean bathroom and comfy bed.
My glass had a cracked in it. But we didn't stay that long for it to be a problem.
Could be better breakfast and hotel needs more new furniture
Nothing!!! when you are paying lots of money and you have to pay for parking, that's not good at all and I stay lots of time and differents hotel, motel but never like this one and pay for your parking don't like it at all.staff very Unprofecional, very Rute!! And pay extra money for a guess that are taking!!!! POOR!!!
Rooms are no clean, insects, roches, dirty towels, drunk people knocking your door in the middle of the night. Really a nightmare!!
The bedroom was clean
The bedroom is too light No hot water in the sink
I liked my refund
The smell of the room
I liked that it was close by.
I didn't like that staff came to my room to tell me to lower my music at 9pm. Asked me when I was leaving my room and couldn't have guys in our room. We pay for this we should get treated like guest! I will never stay there again!
Close to Tropicana casino.
Very far from all Casinos other then Tropicana. Small room, inside the room was ok, but stairs and ways between floors very dirty. Price was way too much for that hotel. Better hotels were less and way closers to the other casino's. Also scary neighborhood.
- good location near the promenade (with restaurants, shops etc) - 5 min from the beach - free parking - free wifi - breakfast included (although it was simple) it was not luxury but very good fro that kind of money!
it was ok
to far from other casino
We came in and we couldnt sleep the whole night. People were fighting and talking. The people at the front desk were rude.
The wi-fi was absolutely laughable....Like it was 1995 or something....UNUSABLE....
I liked that it was close to the Boardwalk and Casinos.
It smelled weird and it wasn't clean. The was no peep hole in the door. There were holes in the curtains. The curtains are essential because there is a big window that faces the street and someone can see you whole room from the hallway. The fridge and ice bucket were dirty. The person at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. For example, when I ask for a extra sheets for the room he pretended he didn't have access to it at first. When I insisted,he said to come back down in 10 minutes. When he managed to get one ( I asked for two),he snidely said " you got lucky". Literally the only good thing about this place is the location and price.
service and everything
For the price the hotel was fair If your expecting a fancy hotel this isn't the place to stay. You get what you pay for. It's nice that it's right by the boardwalk and alot if nearby such as the Tropicana and other big hotels right by the boardwalk
The "free breakfast" was a complete joke it was tiny cups of juice and hard bagels your better off eating elsewhere and the cafe was incredibly small only fits about 10 people at most. The appearance from the outside of the hotel makes this place look kinda trashy the rooms however aren't that bad of course for the price your paying compared to everything else.
This motel is genuine. It is what it makes itself out to be--a clean, reasonably pleasant place to sleep while on vacation. It's near most of the local attractions, is an excellent value, and has a friendly, helpful staff.
I have only two small complaints, but they're not really complaints, because understandable situations. One is that there was no chair in the room, but it was a double room with a small footprint, so there wasn't really room for a chair. The other is that there might not be a parking space for every room, but I'm not sure--I didn't count them. I couldn't find one, but again, I can't complain too much, because they didn't charge for parking and they had a deal with another motel right down the street, owned by the same company, that let their guests park in its lot for free, too. It's not like there's a lot of empty land hanging around in that location. So really, it was great.
