Very close to the airport, suited my errs for travel.

clean and up to date bathroom...staff (night clerk) exceptionally helpful.

The door on the side of the hotel building was open, offering access to the hotel corridor to anyone from the street, as a single travelling woman I didnt feel very safe, I think I read this comment on the reviews on here before and can fully understand now, as a single woman I wouldnt stay here again, also the walls are thin as paper, you can hear the person next door snore or hear their conversations

the difference in a one bed room and a suite with 2 kingsize beds, two rooms, a table, hide-a-bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot is just ten dollars. I was not impressed. Not easy to get to the rooms up stairs and the smell of cigarette smoke was unbelieable. I would definately ask for the bigger room next time for just 10 dollars more. Also, the hot water did not work in the bathtub and I had to call the front desk. The man came prepared to fix it like it was not uncommon to have issues. This time he could not shut off the water either. We were not offered a refund or anthing for the inconvience.

Price is low. Service is ok.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable (like if an elephant had slept in the middle for the last month) Somehow noisy neighborhood ( I think we were unlucky about that) No crib available was a low point for us. No fridge, no microwave. Breakfast is quite bad (expectable in this price range), bad coffe with bad muffins and bred sErved in the lobby. Carpet is not clean.

Convenient to airport. Had very early flight.

Mattress was very old and lumpy.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

I used the free shuttle to take me to a restaurant for dinner.

Bathroom was a bit small

I had booked the wrong night and the clerk made me feel at ease as he rebooked me with no additional charges. Also, my son had a headache and he shared some Advil.

It was a budget-friendly choice convenient to the airport with free shuttle service. It met my needs very well.

The size of the suites felt like a small apt. Pet friendly.

Seeing 2 rat traps, very few breakfast options.

Good rates, able to leave car safely, shuttle to Bradley International, continental breakfast started at 4 am. Room booked for return and ease of check-in late at night

The staff were very polite and friendly.

The hotel is old and shabby. Our room was very rundown and seemed as if it was not clean. The a/c was so loud it was very dfficult to sleep. The lack of an elevator was a real hassle having several pieces of luggage and a room on the second floor. The breakfast was not very good.

It's proximity to the airport and the helpful staff.

Access to a computer seems routine in hotels/motels these days. I expected that there would be one.
