The staff were great!
The bed was ridiculously lumpy. I couldn't sleep, and when I did I woke up in pain.
Fair price. It work just find.
Toilet at my room got clog. Water temperature was warm but wasn't that warm enough for the cold weather when shower. I had goose bump when shower.
room was comfortable
wifi didn't work in room. One of the staff was not helpful. Manager or person with some authority was rude to his own staff (I don't like places where employees are not respected. The manager was over the phone when an employee entered the reception area. the manager gave him one of these looks as if the employee disturbed him so much. then the manager noticed that I saw his behaviour and smiled at me).
Soft towels, clean room. Staff was very cordial when we needed first floor accommodations
Room conditions are getting old.
Location was fair.
No hot water in bathroom sink, sticky, dirty bathroom floor, old lumpy mattress, tv controller was broken, 2 of the 3 lamps didnot work- changed bulbs and still no light, dirty room that needs a thorough cleaning.
noisy guests above our room.
Very comfortable mattresses and pillows, recently refurbished, friendly and helpful staff, bus stop, little grocery and Italian take-out restaurant across the street.
The smell of smoking guests in the yard. The Wifi
The room was clean, A/C actually worked very well. It was quite..
Couch in the lobby was disgusting, and When I said I wanted to pay with cash, they charged it to my card instead.
Microwave and Fridge in a very clean room, which was in a good location and great value for money
Close to orange subway line into Boston.
Older facility, minimal breakfast items
wifi did not work in the room staff gave me wrong directions and was arrogant when I was just trying to inform him that 1 of his guests had their car trunk open room smelled bad
Great family atmosphere. Very pleasant staff even at 1.00a.m.
Having to leave. Buses not running after Red Sox game.
bad smell along stairs going on the first floor
Transport to city center involves a) bus then change to b) train The bus in the evening only runs once per hour
only hotel at a decent price in July in Boston area
too far from airport and South Station, thus large taxi fees. Breakfast was extremely basic.
The hotel was extremely dirty and the staff not polite at all. This place is definitely affordable but I would never recommend it to anyone. It smelled so bad in the room that we woke up at 5am and decided to leave the hotel. A bad experience
Affordable Very friendly staff Free breakfast Parking Close to bus
Too far from Boston The carpet in the hallway had a very old/musty smell that permeates. That smell gives the place a dirty feel, although the rooms were clean. Maybe that carpet should be replaced.
Room was clean, well appointed and very quiet.
local road construction, but it had nothing to do with our room or facility. Everything else was great.
Clean room, comfy bed and satisfactory continental breakfast
Our stay wasn't long enough!
Breakfast setting and some of the workers they ant helpfull
Close to airport
Shabby with sketchy feel to motel. The lock in the door was cracked, which was obvious that someone tried to force it open
The free breakfast was good
It was to far from the airport. And after a long flight no one wants a long taxi ride
Strange, very strong smell from covered back corridor that was used to reach room. Strong odor in room as if used to cover previous smoking smells in non-smoking room. Ticky-tacky dollar per day charge for the safe, even though we didn't use or ask for it. Very poor continental breakfast.
