The motel manager was very considerate & kind
The cleanliness of the room was poor & the rooms are very out dated.
Was bitten badly by beg bugs when stayed on the 26 of jan 2015 in room 9. Stayed with my 3 month old baby and we were bitten very badly by bed bugs who are infested in this place. The carpet was filthy and hair on the bed. A lot of homeless living there and place is very dirty and was reported by me to the health department. Hopefully they will be closed. The hotel manager denies everything and I left after the first day even that has 2 days left. I couldn't handle it. No breakfast like it says online ! Only coffees and cookies and orange juice! Yuk.
the ac worked
Close to Universal
Breakfast No drinking Water provision
Bed size was good. Bathrooms were clean. Room size was large enough.
Carpet was too and expired. Not a good reception. No refrigerator at room. Asking for deposit on everything. They ask me for $100 deposit on my check-in. Then, I ask the receptionist for an iron (Although it had to be in my room but it wasn't) and the receptionist asked me for an extra $40 deposit for an iron which worth $10. Bad experience on check-out. I went 3 times to the receptionist to check the room and return my deposit but still she didn't came to check the room in front of me. Things will work out with this hotel if they change their receptionist or at least train her on how to deal with customs.
Arrived after a 5 hour drive. Room was given to me and when i opened the door, it had not been cleaned. I arrived at 6pm and check-in was 2pm. I asked to have another room and they told me i would have to wait for the room i had to be cleaned. They had other rooms available but they were 2 bed rooms vs. 1 bed. They told me those rooms cost more. I am late 20's and might havr stayed here in my early 20's, but nowadays, this place is too gross for me. Spend the money and get a better inn.
the only thing good I can say is that it was close to where I needed to be early the next morning
horrible wifi connection - non-existent. the whole place did not have a good vibe. rundown room, weirdest cable tv channels ever, lame bed, loud AC/heater - so loud I turned it off for the night - only to wake up to 44 degrees in my room! I won't be going back.
Cigarette Smell in the rooms.
That it was near by my location
The smell wasn't that pleasant and the parking lot is super small
Small rooms and very small parking lot
room was clean, quiet area, accessible and we felt secure.
bed uncomfortable, high price for small room, ref. froze food(very important when traveling w/small children), staff not avail. only to ck in/not to ck out, no safe avail.
Location is great
Checked into non-clean room
Close to Universal Studios and a 7-11 shop but that's it.
The first room we were put in had cockroaches. The inn was suppose to have disney channel never did and despite asking about three times about it I got the feeling I was just being fobbed off. Room was also advertised as including breakfast but all this was is a donut and a coffee.
Nothing at all
The room was alittle small but it was fine for my needs
Convenient location to my destination.
9/14/14 stay was miserable. 100+ temp and my door was standing wide open, no air turned on. Carpet was dirty, obviously not vacuumed. TV did not work. Phone did not work until I disconnected cable and plugged it back in. Found a piece from a computer under the bed, so it wasn't cleaned. Looked like someone had smeared a big booger on the wall. Bathroom fan was not fitted into ceiling. Door key would not work and had to find the maid when I wanted back in.
The location was perfect and the aesthetic was very old fashioned and cute. It was perfect for its price. Exactly what I expected
The beds were tiny so my husband and I slept in separate beds. But, that added to the 1950s inn feel.
This place is near a lot of restaurants and bars, walking distance or a very short can ride can rigth.
Shower was roomy with good water pressure and temperature. The flat screen TV was nice.
I was expecting a basic but clean motor lodge and what I received was a totally run down flea bag Inn. Room size was basic but the bathroom was so small without even a shelf, I had to place my toiletries on the microwave in the room. The upkeep was totally decrepid with the paint peeling, mold everywhere, dirty carpets, and cockroaches. The linen was washed and the bed well made but was terribly stained and worn. The mattress and box spring were totally worn out and the bed creaked at the slightest movement. They advertised a free breakfast but didn't open up until 8. They provided nothing but coffee, O.J. and a few packaged items in a small basket. No fruit, pastries, or anything fresh. Not a good place at any price but at $92/night it was a total rip.
Original price quote of $90 per night changed to $144 per night somehow. Fridge, cable TV didnt work properly.
The only thing I like is that is close to universal studios.
Didn't lie the bed the bathroom the carpet evrything so old, an it smells really bad, won't stay their again...
Comfortable, inexpensive, close to my kids.
A little small but not bad for one person
