Not clean !
It shouldn't say free breakfast, it should say free snacks !
Booked it just because it was close to our location. I was surprised that the prices raised the next day!!
Dirty. Over priced. The facilities do not justify the high price they demand
Personal Breakfast (if we can say this word) Service It was terrible.
Low price Pretty good location if you are ging to visit Universal Studio
I didn't like that the size of the room was so small I feel like my boyfriend and I didn't even have space to breathe we've gone to a motel bigger than this and we've paid way less.
The staff is nice and friendly.
The shower was like a midst. No pressure at all and probably a lot of calcium build up. The lighting in the room was dark. The towels are very thin and small. The breakfast they had was a joke. Stale cookies and tang. Their cable was a selection of Asian and Latino programming. Their wifi sucked. It would disconnect at certain times of the day.
The location was good. It's a quick ride to Hollywood by car. Great restaurants close by. The room was clean. The room had a fridge and microwave.
The cleanliness of the room was poor & the rooms are very out dated.
The motel manager was very considerate & kind
Was bitten badly by beg bugs when stayed on the 26 of jan 2015 in room 9. Stayed with my 3 month old baby and we were bitten very badly by bed bugs who are infested in this place. The carpet was filthy and hair on the bed. A lot of homeless living there and place is very dirty and was reported by me to the health department. Hopefully they will be closed. The hotel manager denies everything and I left after the first day even that has 2 days left. I couldn't handle it. No breakfast like it says online ! Only coffees and cookies and orange juice! Yuk.
the ac worked
Breakfast No drinking Water provision
Close to Universal
Carpet was too and expired. Not a good reception. No refrigerator at room. Asking for deposit on everything. They ask me for $100 deposit on my check-in. Then, I ask the receptionist for an iron (Although it had to be in my room but it wasn't) and the receptionist asked me for an extra $40 deposit for an iron which worth $10. Bad experience on check-out. I went 3 times to the receptionist to check the room and return my deposit but still she didn't came to check the room in front of me. Things will work out with this hotel if they change their receptionist or at least train her on how to deal with customs.
Bed size was good. Bathrooms were clean. Room size was large enough.
Arrived after a 5 hour drive. Room was given to me and when i opened the door, it had not been cleaned. I arrived at 6pm and check-in was 2pm. I asked to have another room and they told me i would have to wait for the room i had to be cleaned. They had other rooms available but they were 2 bed rooms vs. 1 bed. They told me those rooms cost more. I am late 20's and might havr stayed here in my early 20's, but nowadays, this place is too gross for me. Spend the money and get a better inn.
horrible wifi connection - non-existent. the whole place did not have a good vibe. rundown room, weirdest cable tv channels ever, lame bed, loud AC/heater - so loud I turned it off for the night - only to wake up to 44 degrees in my room! I won't be going back.
the only thing good I can say is that it was close to where I needed to be early the next morning
Cigarette Smell in the rooms.
The smell wasn't that pleasant and the parking lot is super small
That it was near by my location
Small rooms and very small parking lot
bed uncomfortable, high price for small room, ref. froze food(very important when traveling w/small children), staff not avail. only to ck in/not to ck out, no safe avail.
room was clean, quiet area, accessible and we felt secure.
Checked into non-clean room
Location is great
The first room we were put in had cockroaches. The inn was suppose to have disney channel never did and despite asking about three times about it I got the feeling I was just being fobbed off. Room was also advertised as including breakfast but all this was is a donut and a coffee.
Close to Universal Studios and a 7-11 shop but that's it.
Nothing at all
The room was alittle small but it was fine for my needs
