- Comfortable, clean, and reasonable - An hour's drive to south rim grand canyon
nice long counter by frig
very small bathroom
Manager on duty was very nice and friendly. Only 49+ tax in single room. Easy to find coming from Grand Canyon.
Wi-Fi was out, phone was out. I was happy to be in second floor for the squeaky structure. Insist a room that is not facing the railroad.
No wifi, the password didn't work for anybody. The phones were broke in every room. You couldn't call the front desk to report on a broken toilet. First floor rooms were noisy from above. No shampoo in rooms, only soap.
It was comfortable, friendly and the price was right. You can't go wrong staying here.
The room configuration was great and the beds were very comfortable. Great location.
The front desk girl was kind and gave us great places to try.
The beds were awful..... There was good left in our fridge from previous guest.... The bathroom looked like some stuff was glued together to keep it from falling apart. The shower head is great for anyone 5 ft and shorter. If you're taller you have to bend down or break your neck trying to wash your hair.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull, room was clean, walking distance to everything in town
Erika at front desk was very friendly and very knowledgable about the town. No hair dyer in room, but she provided one for us to use from behind desk. Also forgot a bottle opener and was provided with one.
Pas cher; bien dans l'ensemble
Wi-fi ne marche pas
The location was awesome just at the edge of Route 66, so we had the double blessing of being on the main drag but also had unobstructed view of the ponderosa pine forest across the street. The staff was amazing and so accommodating with our requests. They were personable and I loved that the room had a microwave for me to heat up my green tea in a.m. We traveled with fixin's for sandwiches and the fridge was a big plus......it's the little conveniences like this that made it great. Room was CLEAN and I know clean. We stayed during off season and the $49 a night room was superior. My fave however was the staff's small town friendliness and refreshing authenticity. The retro neon sign outside just made it all the more endearing. It delightfully reeked of good ol' fashioned Americana :-)
- Even if the place feels old the rooms are clean and maintained well - Staff is very courteous - Convenient for shopping and restaurants.
- No breakfast - Wi-Fi did not work
wifi did not work well
Erica (desk person) is very helpful and friendly Less than hour to grand canyon
train horns in the middle of the night
The gal that runs it very nice like home. Room was clean.
Bed was too hard for me the first night second night slept very well.
Super clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.
Friendly staff. Very quiet and extremely clean.
Could have used some updates. WiFi was poor.
Clean, friendly (after check in), ice room.
Pool empty....wouldve been lovely to have a swim
Good position in a beautiful city, good rooms
The motel was highly reminiscent of Route 66 era. Fun and convenient place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Manager was very considerate and helpful.
El Rancho is nicely located in Williams, one of the most iconic Rt 66 towns. The concierge, Erica, was very pleasant and helpful. The room was remarkably clean and comfortable in spite of being older than many motels we stayed in on our trip.
Wi-Fi worked very well. Leaving
Getting told she is outside somewhere go find her (when trying to check-in). And told very a matter a fact that check time was 3pm at 258pm. mini frig and mircowave sitting a top counter leaving almost no space.
