Friendly staff. Very quiet and extremely clean.
Could have used some updates. WiFi was poor.
Clean, friendly (after check in), ice room.
Pool empty....wouldve been lovely to have a swim
Good position in a beautiful city, good rooms
The motel was highly reminiscent of Route 66 era. Fun and convenient place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Manager was very considerate and helpful.
El Rancho is nicely located in Williams, one of the most iconic Rt 66 towns. The concierge, Erica, was very pleasant and helpful. The room was remarkably clean and comfortable in spite of being older than many motels we stayed in on our trip.
Wi-Fi worked very well. Leaving
Getting told she is outside somewhere go find her (when trying to check-in). And told very a matter a fact that check time was 3pm at 258pm. mini frig and mircowave sitting a top counter leaving almost no space.
desk person went out of her way to help us... very clean, loved this place would be a fine place to stay~~~~
didn't find out about it sooner than we did~~~~
good room but no reception on television not end of world
maid a little busy in the mornings too early
Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and bars.
AC unit took almost all night to actually cool down room it was located under table by the restroom
Having to pay for Ice.....
The size of the room was great. the beds were comfy. The checkin person was very polite and a commentating.
you had to pay for ice.... didn't refurbish the sweet and low for the coffee in the morning.
Close to South Rim entrance. Appr. a one-hour drive. Basic motel, nothing special but ok. Nearby is a nice place for drinks, called South Rim Wine and Beer Garage.
Staff was very friendly! I needed an early check in and they were very accommodating for that! The room was very clean and comfortable.
The shower, is very cold or very hot, but not warm
Wifi was not working. The office was closed between 12-15 pm.
Cheap and a good value for the price. Close to the Grand Canyon (50 min. drive). Staff very friendly and helpful.
Orange neon lights from walkway outside glowed in our room all night long (despite the curtains being closed)!
Erica was very nice. Bathroom had been recently redone and was fine. Mountain view from the window was a plus. Appreciated the mini fridge and micro wave.
WiFi was very poor. Had to walk outside the door to get connected and then go back in the room. Bad storm knocked out the TV and it was out all evening.
Nice and clean room. WiFi was good, but unsecured. Satellite tv.
Could have better blinds to be fully private and dark. Shower head was just a flow.
Location and style
The El Rancho was ok, the price was hi. There was a water pressure issue with the toilet(none) the wi if quite working and the a/c froze up twice.
Value, cheerful staff, comfortable room. Range of dining options (including a large supermarket) in the town of Williams. Good spot if you are taking the train into the Grand Canyon.
Very poor wifi that had to be rebooted by the staff frequently.
The town of Williams is a great with quaint shops, restaurants and good food. A wonderful place to relive the nostalgia of Route 66 or just hang out for a few days. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.
After bedding no bath towel no coffee no shampoo, conditioner Wifi very weak....
