Noise from other patrons during night!

Service was attentive. Everyone was nice.

The value for money was poor. It need to be more appliances for the guest. The rooms should b smoke free.

Absolutamente nada.

Varias coisas nao gostei.. . a entrada do hotel cheira a urina, sujo e de mal aspecto . o elevador nao funciona . a escada que tem para subir e insegura e para servico, nao para os hospedes com bagagem . o hotel nao tem seguranca nenhuma, passar a noite la foi bastante assustador. .solicitei uma hora a mais de tolerancia no checkout logo que entrei no hotel e no dia seguinte antes do horario combinadao ligaram no quarto para que desocupasse....o hotel estava vazio. . o lugar onde guardam os alimentos do cafe da manha ~e uma garagem bastante impropria e os alimentos mal acondicionados...lamentavel. . Solicitei ajuda para descer as malas e o recepcionista nao o fez sozinho, pediu para que eu carregasse junto....um absurdo pois nao tenho idade e nem forcaa para carregar aquele peso escada abaixo. . Acho que fica mal para esse site de reservas ter um estabelecimento destes cadastrado como hotel. Utilizo bastante o servico e nunca tive tanta decepcao. Tomem providencia para que outras pessoas nao se sintam enganadas.

Camera spaziosa e silenziosa.

Pulizia abbastanza scadente.Ho trovato un paio di peli tra le lenzuola. Odore non piacevole nella stanza. Un po' di sporco tra gli infissi. Posizione non favorevole per visita alla città.

Servizio scadente; camera fatiscente senza servizi di toilette tipo asciuga capelli; aria condizionata senza controlo (occorreva staccare la presa); false foto su web, probabilmente risalenti a diversi anni fa'; cattive frequantazioni dei locali comuni (barboni vanno a fare colazione li); scarsissimo assortimento del bouffet (caffè,latte, succi, qualche dolcetto confezionato e pane in cassetta da scaldare); lenzuola sporchè; il personale di servizio (pulizia) non parla inglese; conplessivamente la struttura è fatiscente (è stata rifatta solo la facciata d'ingresso,probabilmente per trarre in inganno);

Hate to say this but this but absolutely nothing.

Front desk gave me a hard time about not having my reservation. I believe he was trying to get me pay a higher amount. The room we initially got had a toilet that wouldn't flush, but constintently ran. The door wouldn't lock, the bureau drawer wouldn't stay in, it smelled of smoke even though it said on the door non-smoking. First time ever I asked for another room, very nice about that. I wouldn't say it reflected well for Booking.com. If I were booking.com I wouldn't deal with them and I am not a snob, at $68 a night I should have paid $30 more and stayed at LaQuinta, closer to the train and better overall. Would not recommend to anyone. Very sketch crowd of who I did see. Thankfully we were only there for about 8hours. Just to sleep.

When I turn the tv on, porn channel was the default channel. It was very offensive. The location was real bad, there is no descent restaurant nearby, however the staff was nice enough to suggest Chinese delivery.

I had an emergency situation that required me to be in the West Haven area and I was able to book the room on line at the last minute.

In our first room the toilet didn't flush because the flusher mechanism didn't work, so we asked to change rooms - the motel had many vacancies. Instead they sent a woman to the room with a plunger. Eventually after she realized the problem was exactly as I'd described, they changed our room. In this room there was no toilet paper holder and no clock, which both would have been nice to have. The heater was very loud. We were unable to reach the front desk via the phone in the room and had to call the motel's full phone number to reach them. The free breakfast was already over when we checked out at check out time.

we had the jacuzzi sweet and the room was big and the waterfall behind the jacuzzi was nice

The sink pipe was taped and leaking and the toilet got clogged and didn't even use a lot of paper,bed was too firm and sank in the middle,couldn't even get clean towels because there were none?they need new plumbing and more towels
