Staff was very friendly and we had a nice room. Breakfast was super.

Although breakfast was excellent, the breakfast area was small.

Valet parking , careless My car was brought up on the wrong room number , strange people drove off with my car . All sorted out but too casual for the big scare .

Good Location, Nice people, Clean and not too much noise

No self parking space, must be valet and charge. For checking in parking, there is no guarantee parking space too.(?)

Everything was first class. Especially staff in the hotel. They are very kind, very friendly and helpfull. Central location, nice and clean rooms. Great wine and cheese reception in the evening. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything, again and again.

Location, staff, food, bed, room and cleaning service, bathroom. flat screen TV was great but.

Bathroom did not have enough comfortable counter space. No pay TV available. Parking was a little iffy for the registration but ok afterward.

Staff was fabulous - very helpful and attended to our every need. It was our first time in la and we needed lots of questions answered. Always a friendly greeting when we arrived back at the hotel. Wine and cheese reception was a nice touch and lots of choice was available for breakfast. We thought it was great value for the money.

Nothing serious here but: - we did not need our towels changed every day even though we followed directions and placed them back on the rack indicating we did not need new ones - had to ask for toiletries (soap and shampoo) These are very minor compared to the great benefits of our stay.

Location was ok

Rooms were ok, but not worth the price. This Hotel is far to expensive for what you get. Breakfast was the worst I ever had in 15 years of traveling!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that even in such a central location the hotel was quiet. I also liked that the it had opening windows.

Staff is kind and professional, the Hotel looks overall cozy and with a personality, position is excellent.

No way to get some fresh air from windows as you cannot open them, breakfast has a poor selection.

It's really a boutique hotel with taste- and meaningful room outfitting and decoration and staff services that give equal great attention to details (also in the bathroom) that make the guests feel welcome and their stay comfortable. Good buffet breakfast included in room price and extraordinary the complementary wine/cheese tasting at high tea times.

The hotel and staff had a very human, welocming quality. A very pleasant surprise after staying at the SLS.

For the price and location this hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The continental breakfast and wine and cheese receptions were well presented and better than expected. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the staff were efficient, informative and pleasant. It's a little gem.

We enjoyed the friendly staff. They were able to help us with everything we asked for

Thin walls. One night we had a very noisy group staying next to us that kept us awake all night

Room cleanliness and location.

It is close to lots of attractions. Breakfast and wine and cheese at night are good. Our room was clean and quiet and wifi plus pc acess was handy. A few restaurants 1 block away on 3rd within walking distance. No problem walking in the area at night. Definitely need to rent a car to get around and see things

Fantastic staffs, very friendly and helpful. Attention to details.

Maybe ramp to the lobby will be more useful instead of luggage lift which looks like never been use.

The location is excellent, and the staff is most helpful. The morning breakfast is good and the afternoon wine/cheese is also good.

We like this hotel, quiet rooms, perfect staff(who helped us solve the problems),good breakfast,free afternoon tea.It's near macy's ,supermarket and farmer's market. We would choose it for next trip.

It's staff cordiality. Is incomparable. The local is well served by restaurants.

The room could be biger.
