It was convenient for us to stay here overnight as we had an early morning flight to catch. Also the airport shuttle was very convenient. We were overcharged $5.00 from the booking.com rate for our room. We were actually able to store one of our suitcases at the hotel for the week we were away. We were told at checkout a new invoice & refund would issued & waiting for us on our return.However it wasn't,we were then told it would be fixed & would take up to 5 days for the refund & new invoice to be email but we are still waiting after 6 days !

The rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable. Food and drinks excellent and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, especially Dee Dee. Free shuttle bus also brilliant

Superbly appointed rooms - especially for a longer stay - full kitchen, including eating area, sectional sofa, great work space with comfortable chair and lots of storage. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space and large shower with rain shower head. Very good breakfast with variety of options. The rooms here have been very well designed - I wouldn't hesitate to book here again and if on an extended stay anywhere would choose the Element over any other hotel.

Element was a wonderful surprise. I booked it for a quick weekend in Dallas to visit friends and was looking for something convenient to their home as well as a good value for the money. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was very comfortable with ample storage and amenities; the kitchen was convenient and had everything you could need; the whole hotel was spotless and the modern decor and design was refreshing. The breakfast (included in the room price) offered many hot and cold options, as well as healthy choices. The staff was helpful and friendly and the free shuttle service (within a 5 mile radius) spared our friends the trouble of picking us up every day. This could not have been a more pleasant experience; we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Excelente hotel. Atendimento muito bom, limpeza muito boa. Gostamos da ideia de servirem um lanche da tarde durante a semana (semelhante a um happy-hour) para os hóspedes, sem custo algum.
