The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful- including the girls who set breakfast up!

The room was great and very close to everything but far enough from Times Square that the noise and lights didnt effect us. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great view from our room. There was breakfast every morning and a free happy hour every evening

The elevators in the morning were really not adequate for the need and the wait was sometimes lengthy to get a packed elevator that you had to wedge into or wait another 10 mins for the next packed elevator. Fortunately the guests seemed to take this in stride

Location is great. A few blocks from Time Square. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

This outstanding Hotel is located in central New York, within 5 to 10 minutes walk Times Square and all the theaters, shows and cinemas, we stayed in the 34th floor with breathtaking view from Empire State Building to New World Trade Center Tower and the Hudson, amazing to wale up every day with this view .. utmost friendly and professional staff, always with a friendly smile and prepared to provide an enjoyable stay, whenever we'll get back to New York no other choice will count ...

Waiting time at the elevators on breakfast rush hour - no real problem as we've been on utmost enjoyably holidays in NYC!

The staff were very professional & most helpful at all times, Location perfect, quiet, near Times Square & Subway, The City View Room was very clean, comfortable bed, well equipped Kitchenette, modern bathroom with rain shower, wonderful view from the roof top, Free Breakfast not many Hotels in New York offer that! Overall I was very impressed & I'm fussy, I have stayed in New York before & this Hotel is top of my list, without a doubt I will return

The kitchenette was so handy and the space was large for Manhatan and very sleek modern.

The wait for the elevator was long at peek times. No gluten free option for breakfast and very little fresh fruits.

This is always my first choice... The staff are veryyyy friendly and hospitable... The beds are comfortable and the views are great in some rooms! Love the shower and coffee! Full refrigerator and dishes, makes me feel right at home... Ive stayed here several times and look forward to many more stays... P.S I live in NY but I just love to have a getaway in the city!~~

The room was a good size with the bonus of a small kitchen. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. We were on the 17th floor and the room was quiet!

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean&cozy rooms (we lived on 40th floor). For couples with kids -each room has a kitchen, which is really VERY convenient.

The breakfast is really poor but it's complimentary, so you better not expect something special. NY is a place where you can find good food almost everywhere!

I love the fast check in time. Very friendly. We are a gay couple who just got married the past weekend . We got a instant upgrade...

To have a room with a kitchenette. Spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast and wi fi.

I arrange for a late check-out at 7pm. When I returned to my room at 5pm the room card did not work any more. They misunderstood the late check- out time. They let me into my room again but I was escorted by a guy from security (I felt like if I had committed some kind of crime!)

Nice hotel, near by Times Square. Rooms are nice and clean. Two negative things: - elevators: take's a long time before one stops at your floor - breakfast is poor. breakfast area not very cosy, difficult to get seated, when you come at 9am, every is finished.

Staff, were very helpful, always engaged in conversation, always asked if they could help with anything. Room was clean and worked well for us

Noisy, car horns ( expected in NYC) but Jack hammer construction at 3 AM?? Also only 3 elevators for around 400 rooms over 40 floors made for slow travel at peak times

We just love that place. I still couldn't believe we found the nice hotel close to time square at ny,, price was 149$. Are kidding me .... New York. Manhattan that price

I stayed in King Studio Room which was very cool, clean and comfy. Miniature kitchen was also great anything you need is in it. The hotel is green environment. No smoking allowed, recycle buckets in rooms.. Also staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is really close to bus terminal subway Times sq and everthing. They have breakfast that is also another plus. I recommend this hotel.

They are lack of indoor facilities. Such as pub, cafe, restaurant. So there is no place to relax and chill or drink something. This is only negatif comment about hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Fitness centre was great. Irish pub next door was handy for watching sports.

The food at breakfast was average, and the dining room was a bit small, we had to wait for space to sit and eat.
