Cova Hotel  

部屋が清潔、バスルームが広く清潔。清掃の方を含め、スタッフの対応が良く気持ちよく過ごすことができまし- た。朝食も十分な内容です。ホテル内Wi-Fi無料、フィッシャーマンズワーフまでのシャトルも便利でした。

ホテルのあるエリスストリートは治安が悪かったです。他の通りを歩くかタクシー、シャトルを利用することを- お勧めします。

ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーな感じで、部屋も清潔でよかった。水周りも特に問題もなく、快適に過ごせた。-

周辺が奇声を上げている人や異様な雰囲気の人が多く、危険な雰囲気だった。女性だけでは不安がある。

I liked the location

I liked the location but for my 5 night stay, I was grossly disappointed that there was no frig nor chest of drawers. It made life difficult. And the fact that I was charged $50 a day up front for incidentals and my credit card was held for the same thing, did not make me happy. These types of things impact a family budget. So no thanks for the heads up on that.

Rooms were small but very comfortable,I liked the fact that no one of the street could come up to the rooms without a key card,My girls went with thier dad to sf and someone broke into their room while they were sleeping.. We felt safe !! Loved the roof top terrace.. I would stay with you again.

Not having a dresser or a fridge and the pop machine only had Coke in it.. I can't drink coke.

The location was horrible. They say Ellis St. Just has alot of people who are without homes but it is much more then that. What they don't inform you is about the ghetto/hood that is just one block up. The breakfast you may read about is not a true breakfast at all, it's more like a breakfast snack that leaves you unhappy. The rooms were not clean and sheets were not changed out. The Cova is not a place to stay if you want something relaxing, clean, nice.

You get what you pay for - basic room with free wifi. The reates were quite reasonable and location handy to the city centre. The staff were all very friendly.

The location is seriously bad. I would not have booked here if I had done more research. Tenrloin is a really bad area, full of crime and homeless people. It isnt safe at night for most people - I was okay as I am a big guy and can handle myself but I didnt feel safe a lot of the time, especially after dark. You get approached about 10 times when you walk into town from people wanting money. It is pretty draned bleak. The included breakfast was pretty poor too. Many mornings they ran out of coffee cups, cereal bowls, fruit, coffee...

The room is clean and beds are very good.

The neighborhood is full of scary people.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered excellent suggestions for restaurants. The location is excellent with just a short walk from downtown. It is true what is mentioned in other reviews about the homeless, however, they are harmless and if you feel uncomfortable walking down Ellis Street, I suggest you take Hyde to Geary to get to Union Square. The hotel and room is tastefully decorated in Scandinavian style. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety of food. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was excellent but poorly managed. It seemed that there were items like coffee cups, glasses and bread missing from the breakfast buffet at all times.

Free internet access really helped - enabled me to check my emails etc while away on business

The location is not great - situated in Ellis street where there is at least one homeless shelter, so walking into the city was not a very pleasant experience. In fact, the hotel advised us to walk 2 blocks up and then along to Union Square - this was a 20 minute walk (walking quickly), and we still had to endure many homeless people approaching us for money etc.

Terrible location. Every time we went out we had to run the gauntlet through hordes of drug addicts.

Price was resonable and location worked well for us.
