Cozy small hotel, very nice breakfast area, good quiet location Air conditioner was too loud. just one elevator, so sometimes it took too long waiting for it |

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the wine and cheese receptions, and the availability of coffee, tea, cookies and fruit all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

The ambience, old American charm and size of the hotel, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff; the location of the hotel and the Monkey Bar attached to it! The lift / elevator struggles to cope when under pressure at peak times |

The hotel is nice and comfortable, we enjoyed the continental breakfast and the wine and cheese reception in the evening. The room was very noisy, in particular the air conditioning and noise from neighboring rooms. Also the noise from the street was very annoying. |

部屋のコンセントの数が足りないです。机のところに、PC用のものがあれば、便利でした。 残念ながら、モンキーバーが改装中でした。その間だけでも、二階のクラブラウンジでのサービス時間延長等、お願いできたらよかったです。 |

ホテル全体から部屋の雰囲気、接客、立地、すべて申し分なく、また是非とまりたいと思います。大型ホテルにはない雰囲気の、ニューヨークらしい、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 |
