The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the wine and cheese receptions, and the availability of coffee, tea, cookies and fruit all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

The ambience, old American charm and size of the hotel, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff; the location of the hotel and the Monkey Bar attached to it! The lift / elevator struggles to cope when under pressure at peak times |

The hotel is nice and comfortable, we enjoyed the continental breakfast and the wine and cheese reception in the evening. The room was very noisy, in particular the air conditioning and noise from neighboring rooms. Also the noise from the street was very annoying. |

An excellent hotel in a quite location but was still close to the main attractions. It has good size rooms with large comfortable beds. The antique furnishings, pictures and large marble bathroom gave it a country house feel. The breakfast was very good, free wine and cheese early evening plus free internet access was a bonus. It only has one lift, but with only 99 rooms it's not a big deal. |
