Our first night was in a narrow unit, barely wide enough for the bed. The door leading to the deck was glass, and without cover - anyone could see in! The deck was deep with debris. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. There were no hangers in the closet. The molding around the entry door was coming off the wall. There was a rats nest of wiring for the microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and TV, and it was not possible to get the room up to a comfortable temperature. There were no chairs, nor table. That was room 455.
After complaining about our first unit we were given a second room, #419, and that was promised by 1:00 PM, in time to watch the Oregon vs Florida State football game. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.
Our second night was in a suite, which was VERY nice, and what we had originally expected. It had all the amenities we could ask for.
