Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport  

Staff was very accomodating, room was very nice,location close to subway, breakfast yummy!

I'm not used to having to pay to park a car!!

Convenient to airport. Free 24 hour shuttle to airport. Could book just one room for family of four. Comfortable room.

we used the hotel as a stopover between flights it was only 5 minutes from city centre and easy for flight early morning

Valet parking was awful - late night staff were very unprofessional Mistake was made in our reservation information, someone in hotel reservations has bad communication skills Late night reception desk staff was not very helpful - we're first time travelers to Boston and we got more understanding of the area from the guy standing in line behind us than at the front desk

Heating system was very loud and would start and stop about every 90 to 120 seconds ( yes, that's seconds). Was impossible to get a good sleep

wifi is payable - come on, it is 21st century; breakfast starts at 6:30 which is too late for an airport hotel, I had to skip mine.

Easy access to "T" for trips to city. On an overnight stay for event. Found to be very convenient for trip and for return to airport for flight out.

Parking At 32$$$ a day is crazy,rip off

Very near to Logan Airport and a very comfortable two room suite, with an added bonus of a free hot breakfast which was excellent.

It was close to the airport. It was easy to drop of the rental car the next morning before going to the airport. The windows in the room could be opened so you were not stuck with airconditioning.

I do not like valet parking (especially at the end of a holiday with a lot of luggage). There was no help unloading the car (my husband is mobility impaired so it was all left to me ... yet the valet insisted on a tip! Parking cost an exorbitant extra $35 and, because of the hotel location, there were no options. The front desk staff were disinterested in even giving a friendly smile. There was a charge for the internet (this was our last night after a 5 week holiday in the US and this was the only place where we were charged for internet access). Breakfast was poorly set up and late in opening (a problem when you have to get to the airport). The toilet in the room was too low (child height?), a problem for mobility impaired husband (and his disability had been included on the booking form).

The staff was helpful and it has a very comfortable airport shuttle which drops off at the T. The train station is just across the park which makes it very easy to see the city.

Complimentary breakfast & manager's reception. Close to the airport. Close to train station. Only two stope from the centre of Boston. Lots of local restaurants.
