The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The level of noise was minimal.

It was very clean and parking was free. Free breakfast. Family run and quite friendly.

1950's style motel with extremely plain exterior and blue toilet and shower. The photo is of the much newer office. The exterior stairs to second level are still safe but not for much longer. In the middle of nowhere, definitely need a car to stay here. Not a good value for the $129 we had to pay - maybe $60 or $70.

The motel has free Wi-Fi. It was clean. It was cheap. It has a great location close to Cornell campus.

The place was basic and no frills, but for that area, it was a huge bargain. The location was ok, only 6 miles to the center of Ithaca and 2 miles from stores, movies, and restaurants in Cayuga Heights.

The inn is a small family run business, not an impersonal chain. It is located on a secondary highway, but sits far enough off the highway that it is quiet in the room. The room was just as advertised with a/c and cable television. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. Was basically a truck stop. Bunch of guys drinking and smoking all night long at every door. Residents were long term. Very uncomfortable feeling as far as safety.

The motel staff were very nice....our room was extremely clean when we came in....free coffee and muffins and juice with fresh fruit in the morning. If ever I am in Ithaca again I will definately look them up.

It had an available room.

The room was musty. The heating unit, when put on "auto" just kept running. The room was dark (2 small windows) and the walls were very thin (we could hear the TV from the room on the left and the conversation - word for word - from the room on the right). I thought the room ($124+) total for one night stay was too expensive for its location to Ithaca College and the accommodations it provided.

The one plus was it was very clean.

Wir hattten das Eckzimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Es war super ruhig und absolut sauber! Sogar Heizlampen waren im Bad! Kaffe/Tee und ein kleines Frühstück bekommt an der Rezeption. Bis zur Stadt fährt man ca. 5 Minuten.

Location to Ithaca College was good. Very clean.

The walls were very thin, could hear TV and conversations next to us (on both sides). Heater was very loud and ran on/off all night, no constant setting. The doors and windows were very drafty, needed new "seals".
