Club Quarters in Washington DC is a new concept for the hotel industry. This private, full service hotel overlooks Farragut Square, and is 2 blocks north of the White House, and near Lafayette Square....

Relatively good location
Couldn't figure out how to turn on TV
I could not get enough WiFI access in my room.
The front desk man was very welcoming and even tried to up grade my room.
The room was extremely small I didn't even want to invite people back.
Very easy to make a reservation Friendly Staff Great Value for your money
The price, the location, the staff, the security. All the Dog walker! if you are going to be out and about not to bad, easy access the the bus routes in either direction.
Tiny room, Tiny bathroom this is an small inn. if you are looking for any luxury this is not your place, no microwave, mini fridge or any other amenities that you would expect from even a inexpensive motel.
Location and late check out time.
Very old- things were falling apart.
Staff Nice TV Price
Too slow wi-fi No restaurant
good location, clean, the staff were helpful, very basic room but comfortable, wireless was good, there was no iron in the room and the lady found one for us
no restaurant/bar, no tea/coffee maker, expensive for such a basic room in a basic hotel
location is great, receptionists are all nice
breafast has little choice
My tiny, tiny room, #101, was on the basement level directly across from the meager dining room for which they have the audacity to charge 5.00 for breakfast. Noise all night long from the door bell ringing the lobby to get in and the early morning breakfast crowd made this hotel intolerable. I travel to DC a lot for business and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For a few extra dollars you can get something much better than this. It does not deserve it's 2-3 star rating as it is really only a 1 star hotel.
The hotel was in a great location. Close to bus and subway. Good restaurants nearby Clean and quiet Not a 3 star but a reasonable 2. Note: Do not expect any amenities
Front door always locked had to ring to get in Slow internet No amenities
I had a meeting across the street. I easily used the computer, but the previous user had not logged out, so I made the mistake of sending email through his site (so my son explained later).
The step at the door sil. Not the only one in DC that made me stumble or fall. I step out into space, expecting the outside surface to be level with the floor.
Need faster wifi
Location. Breakfast was a good value. Staff was pleasant.
Noisy at nite - sounds of banging. The room deodorant was strong.
From room 103 you hear all night constant door's buzzing and by 6:00am here you are awakened again by a vivid group of cleaning ladies, loud, laughing, no polite request stopped them.
Location, tie up with great sister hotel/bar, Bier Baron including discounted drinks/food. Good shower.
The location was pretty decent, walking distance to Metro and bars/restaurants. Room was small, but served the purpose for a place to stay.
My first impression of the place was negative right off the bat. I booked this place for the price and because the Booking.com app indicated there was parking available. When I asked at the front desk, the gentleman handed me two flyers, one for a garage down the street where I'd have to move my car by 6 am the next day (Sunday), or a recommended garage at Union Station. For those not familiar with DC, Union Station is a 45 minute walk or 20 minute Metro ride away from the Dupont area. So we finally found a street parking spot a number of blocks away after an hour driving around. Once we parked and got in, we got to our basement room 101. It was small, barely enough room to move. No big deal, we were only there for a night, primarily to sleep. Unfortunately, sleep was not exactly to be had. I sleep on a firm mattress at home, but this mattress might as well had been plywood. We finally fell asleep, but were abruptly woken up around 6:30 AM (again, Sunday) by the Spanish-speaking alarm clock outside our room. The breakfast room for the entire hotel shared the alcove of the basement that our room was also in. So we were kept awake by the constant flux of workers yelling, followed by the flow of hotel guests in and out of the breakfast room. This might have been a little more tolerable if the door had been somewhat soundproof, but the light filtering into the room around the door proved otherwise. To top it all off, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, and it's led to soft, moist wood on the vanity cabinet and rust on every metal surface in the bathroom. Normally I like to address these concerns with the management, but despite my repeated calls to multiple properties yesterday, nobody could track the manager down yesterday, nor was I offered a call back. Other rooms in the hotel may be better, but if you get stuck in unit 101, and you value your sleep, find a new place.
Good WI fi atleast some fresh fruits in breakfast. hot water supply to shower. atleast one or two indian channels to watch.
No closet? Not even as bar to hang my clothes on? No hangers? Remote didn't work, but was replaced.
Great Location, the room was kept clean each day,
Staff need to be a little more helpful and have abit more knowledge of train/bus street around DC
The location was wonderful- many fine restaurants and a lovely safe and interesting neighbourhood within walking distance of the White House and the Dupont Circle Metro Station.
Hotel staff, while welcoming, seemed untrained and unwilling to assist with basic needs. When I checked into my room, the TV did not work nor did the telephone. It took considerable effort to convince the person at the front desk to give me another room. Both rooms were dark, décor was tired, in need of paint, and the facilities sparse. The hotel could have been cleaner. In order to enter, one has to use a door bell and wait for someone to let you in.
Cockroach in bathroom Windowblinds not working Indifferent staff The hotel appears worn out
The location and breakfast for 5$
The comfort and the cleanliness are the best. The staff is very kind. You can get to The White House walking (it is a 15 min walk in strait line). There are breakfast. The hotel is very neat. It is located in a great neighborhood.
The door is electric so, if the receptionist goes somewhere, you will be waiting to enter.
Great location. Center to 16th and U Street corridor.
Description says they have parking, but it is 3-4 blocks away, and very expensive. Have to move car by 8:00am in order not to be charged another day. Wi-fi signal was weak and hard to access.
