the breakfast is nice. Initially the room only has an aircon, and it only blows out cold air during the night. The room is very cold. After that, we move to another room that has the heater, but when it works, there is a quite loud irritating sound. Futhermore, the price stated on the website deviates largely from what we paid. |

Nothing, Literally nothing! The place was horendous. Too much money for a "dump" like that. I feel ripped off. This dump is less than one star! Everything! There was nothing to like. It was literally terrible. |

I found it very frustrating that I was only about 3 blocks away, could not get to the hotel and the desk clerk was unable to direct me! It took me over an hour to finally locate it with my son's assistance. Wouldn't it be good idea for the desk personnel to have a map of a 1/4 mile radius to help people? Wash., D.C. is very circuitous, most streets are one way; one closed street ruins directions |

The Internet service worked well. The bed was comfortable. In the evening I had to run the water in the sink and shower for several minutes before I had hot water. |

I like the atmosphere of the hotel, and it is in a convenient location I've stayed here a number of times in the past, but it seems like its gone down hill a bit. Coffee/continental breakfast in the morning wasn't available at stated time - generally seemed disorganized. |

Very nice hotel -- secure and safe location Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear whats going on in the rooms around you. Complimentary continental breakfast, coffee, tea etc. was non-existent or never showed up. Complimentary sherry after 5pm never happened as advertised. Coffee and Tea were routinely empty at all times. There was never any explanation. They don't accept pets, yet they have a cat. Rooms are extremely small |
