Clean and beautiful. Patio, view and the pool The ice was cold
The walls are paper thin, I could hear every conversation next door, especially the drunkard That was yelling the F word for a half hour at three in the morning and the woman talking to be boyfriend on speaker phone on the other side. I had been there for four out of my 7 night stay before I was told that I didn't have to pay for my Internet and the vending machine was complementary on my floor. None of the washing machines on the 9th floor worked. the manager reception was only monitored on the weekend. I was only asked once to show the card that proved that I was on the ninth floor and that was after I had been there for a week. I watched people come in off the street have a few FREE dunks and snacks , the leave. I feel like I paid extra for same treatment as any one staying at the hotel or not. All in all it was an ok stay. I don't think I would pay to stay there twice A young boy about 7 showed up at my friends door at 11:30 at night to ask her if she wanted to spend time with his thirty something year old brother who had sent him to ask. How did this creep know what room she was in?
Wi-Fi should be free.
They had free drinks reception which was very welcome at happy hour. Very big, busy hotel with hustle and bustle as part of attraction.
Check in was a bit slkow and could be faster. Breakfast is a bit manic as there are so many guests and it can be very crowded.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful. I'd highly recommend you!
All the services we used and all the individual service we received were below average. I travel extensively and it's very rare that I experience a hotel staff that really does not seem to care: slow check in, assigned wrong room type, dirty bedding on sofa bed, exceptionally poor restaurant service (SLOW, expensive, low quality food), hot tub out of service, no pool towels, small poorly equipped fitness room, breakfast buffet out of items, long lines due to inadequate staffing... Overall this hotel looks great from the outside but is rotten on the inside. Similar hotels are not far from this one. I suggest trying them.
The kitchen had just closed but reopened to serve my son and I breakfast. Very friendly and polite staff that went out of their way to help.
Pool was too small.
It had some flying ants inside the building
It was quiet and comfortable.
Housekeeping was an issue while I was there. The first room they put me in was only have clean and the second day of my stay housekeeping failed to come at all.
Location, view, comfort, evening snack time, inhouse restaurant
Breakfast bar was good, but not a great deal of variety on bar. Omelet stop was good, but I just want to get food and go, not pay and wait for it. My general complaint for all hotels was true here, too; not enough open electrical outlets near bed.
Friendly staff, cleanliness, free breakfast and Manager's reception
Cancelled our booking because we arrived late, even though we had pre-payed.
