I love the interior makes you feel like you are outside. My room was near the waterfall downstairs & you could hear it in the livingroom of the suite. It was so relaxing. I will return!!!!
Nothing bad to say
Room was set up well with Bedroom, desk and living area. Bed was very comfortable.
Furniture and furnishings a bit dated. Chair at desk sunk so low it was unusable. Had to use a regular chair. One lamp had burned out bulb, one TV showed local tv stations ok but not movies or hotel menu.
Breakfast, free bar,refrigerator,suite
TV ,slow elevator,early departure fee.
comfortable bed, clean room!
SIZE AND LOCATION
REMODEL THE INTERIOR AND UPGRADE THE EVENING COCKTAIL HOUR
The made-to-order breakfast was outstanding and the servers were cordial as well as helpful. The location was perfect for attending activities of The Tournament of Roses.
The price was a bit steep; however, I figured the price would be elevated due to the nearby holiday events.
The staff was friendly and the location was good
The bathroom was showing its age. Sink faucet was rusty and falling apart and the paint and wallpaper were chipping and peeling. The cooling system barely worked. The parking lot and sidewalks outside were dirty and littered,
Very good reception area, free parking, good breakfast choice, evening managers reception with free drinks, free use of pool andeck gym.
Unstable WiFi, somewhat dated furniture.
Great service easy check in
Had to leave
Very nice. Friendly clean breakfast was great good location
Really no complaints
Location, Fountain, Room Size
There was a large party, so we had to park away in another lot; was told there'd be a discount, but none was given. Horribly noisy. Pull-out bed springs poked me. Bathroom sink was backed up when we arrived. Desk Clerk didn't seem to care that the party guests took all the parking & hotel guests were forced to park else where & schlep bags: RUDE.
Bathroom pipes were covered and wrapped to look aweful. Took three days to get pile of garbage in room addressed by staff. Had to remind them 3 times.
The breakfast was good - a selection of both tasty hot and cold food. Also takeaway cups for coffee/tea were available - a nice touch for people on the go.
A general dirty and dim feel to the room. The sofa bed was also very worn out and uncomfortable - there was a large dip in the middle of the bed and the mattress was quite thin. We paid 20% extra for a 'Premium suite'. Our relatives, also staying in Embassy Suites Arcadia, opted for the normal double suite and after visiting theirs we saw that our suite size and layout were absolutely identical. Prior to booking the website stated 2 rooms in the Premium suite - in actual fact there is only one bedroom and one small living room (with sofa bed). In addition to this, when we asked about the 24hr access to refreshments included in our 'Premium suite' price receptionists at the desk mentioned it was only available from 5.30pm to 7.30pm daily. What they failed to mention was our complimentary snacks and beverages from the vending machines on our floor. Only on our last day of our stay did we notice the vending machines on our 'Premium' floor. Only after actively asking workers at the desk whether we had free access to these drinks and snacks did they let us know we did and give us an access code. It was extremely inconsiderate of them to keep that information from us, even though we had paid a significant amount more than an non-premium suite.
Everything was really good!
Wi-Fi was really slow.
Like the free breakfast at Embassy, but missed the cocktail hour each day. This is an older hotel and needs an update soon. The location is great, right off the highway and in a good area with lots of dinning options.
Just a bit outdated and have stayed in much nicer Embassy suites. Front desk employee wasn't very friendly when checking in.
Desk manager, kitchen staff, housekeeping made our stay from grief to relief, addressing and fixing every matter brought to their attention.
Smell of room, noise on floor level, blanket age, stains on couch, 2 used rolls of TP did not equal 1 full roll, tissue box empty, only 3 towels ...did not feel like the Embassy Suites I'm accustomed to...:-(, all addressed and corrected.
Comfort of suite, Indoor pool, shutter availability, food, staff very helpful.
Pool needed more chlorine
Liked everything about it.
House cleaning could have been better.
spread out open airy space, breakfast, the veiw, the pillows and bed.
Had room ready for early check-in
Location, cook staff at brkfst, maids
The mid to upper management needs to be more organized then there would be more control over timely room rediness, the lack of knowledge or honesty of the front desk. The whole hotel needs a make over ( sat on broken chair at brkfst). Also no one seemed to care about the large roach we saw near the food court.
Breakfast and omelette Saturday staff very nice and helpful, clean rooms, happy hour. very comfortable beds better than home.
Exterior very dirty cobwebs, ash trays never clean smoking area needs to be cleaned daily, need more tables at breakfast, windows should be double pained on blvd side of rooms very noisy. No help for disabled persons to rooms.
loved the breakfast
I love being in a secure building. I also love the fact there is a restaurant and bar to use without having to drive somewhere. Complimentary wine and snacks are great along with breakfast. The workout facility is convenient too.
I really think the hotel needs a bit of a face lift. It is looking a bit tired and worn out. A fresh coat of paint, some new carpets would do wonders.
The breakfast buffet is really a plus. The room size is good and the location is great. The lady bar tender is great, excellent customer service. I wish I asked for her name. She was tending at the managers reception and she was great with the guests. Always smiling and greeting everyone. The older guy at the cook to order was impressive, he handled the hungry guests with ease and he makes good omelet. Over all we had a good experience. Thank you.
Nothing about the facility. Except for, during breakfast time one of the staff commented when I came back for more food, said something sarcastic and I don't appreciate that. It's a buffet and it's eat all you can so yes I can come back for more.
