dated!!!needs a upgrade, the breakfast area is to small and not well maintained!!!!during breakfast.
Rooms clean, spacious, comfortable beds, breakfast
Pool area closes early considering most other places we have stayed
The room was not cleaned and the closet door was falling off. I asked for both to be done and that I would stay in the room. The door was fixed but the room was never cleaned. Someone had used the bathroom for a shower. I came back late and just lived with it. The other thing was at 9:30am their was no coffee for me to take with me for my meeting off site. The staff was not working and not friendly. I would never say it was an Embassy Suites property. It was the worse and it was due to the overall staff!!!
Great value for a really nice hotel
No problems at all
Bed was comfortable. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast for "executive suite".
Considering the price of the room (without my AMEX booking discount), the accommodations were dated and not to standard for comparably priced hotels. 8th floor smelled musty when exiting the elevator and room.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had absolutely zero complaints and we stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you staff for making our trip wonderful :)
Everything was really from the staff to the free breakfast to the free happy hour.
Size of room was great.Anmenities were great. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good. Easy check in and out.
Staff could be a little more helpful and pleasant.
Comfortable and terrific breakfast.
I liked everything.
Brandon & Pierre at the front desk were wonderful as was our driver to the airport.
I cannot stay at Embassy Suites in the future due to the fact they have put "pillow top" matresses on ALL of their beds and they are much too soft for my back. Fortunately, they were able to put a board under the matttress which helped a little.
Very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable.
The vending machine on the premium suite floor was out of a couple of things but it still counted toward our rooms allowance.
The staff was great...location excellent and the breakfast was wonderful...would stay again
Hotel staff were very friendly.
I am a female traveling alone. I felt very secure there. Appreciated the shuttle service, pool area very nice
All was great
The room furniture was outdated. looked like the bought from a homeless shelter. Was not 4 star quality, more like 2 stars. Embassy Suites more like Embassy dump.
I like the location and facilities.
Not having free wifi. I think we paid enough for rooms to receive free wiki.
The food was really good
Rooms where roomy and comfortable
Wifi not provided
I enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the morning.
The room was spacious. I loved the door separating the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom was nice and neat. Overall a great value and will be staying there again.
The pull out bed was kind've hard to sleep on. Not all that comfortable.
When I started this exercise with booking.com it was for a room around $100. That is what I thought I was getting. In the end, I paid $150.
* Bed quality is cheap, you sink in the bed in an hour although am only 130 lbs, dovet are dirty and so are pillows. So disgusting! * TV is so old that we hated watching World Cup soccer matches. * No Refrigerator, 1st hotel to experience with no refrig. They force you to buy food or drinks at the hour from room service. * 1st hotel in US that i do not recommend to drink Tab water, it tastes fungus. * You have to pay for certain things in this hotel, even the normal complimentary small water bottle, it costs you 3 dollars which makes you feel unwelcomed! not to mention internet access, even the lobby wifi. * treatment of some workers are not good, here is an example when I called up asking for slippers (they mention in their booklet I may ask for slippers and few things for free) Me: I need a pair of slippers plz. Her: we ran out of them (no apology) Me: How come? Her: because we've just ran out of them (did not bother to say sorry, even) * Room phone was not working properly. I had to switch it to the speaker mode. * Window glass is a little dirty. * AC is noisy and u have to adjust to the noise or shut it off! * Car Parking is 17 dollars a night although the sign outside the hotel shows 15 dollars a night! * Although I have come for the SIAM conference they refused to offer me the participant fare since I booked through booking.com! This could be my fault, but if they were professional they would've made me happy in this regard. * they refused to let me check out at 1:30pm, I was begging for a 30 minutes having stayed with them a whole week! * They ask kids to leave the basketball court on Monday the 16th and hinted they could come back in the evening. Later, they put a sign telling it is closed till Friday the 20th. I understand there is a conference downstairs, but all talks finish before 9:00 pm! * I paid a lot expecting much, and I would say this hotel ain't a value for money at all.
Room had worn furnishings And no safety lock on door Not as nice as other ES's
We thought the managers reception was a very nice idea. My wife and I both enjoyed several free drinks and the bartenders were great.
The overall setup of the hotel was really nice
The surrounding area not enough activities to do
