Professional front desk staff and shoe shine man. Hospitality extended from Domestic Staff. Rooms inviting. Architecture integrus to historical environment. Breakfast and Manager's Reception. At check out time I was not given the option to allow the charges to remain on my card that I submitted intially, the choice to place charges on another card or to pay cash. That common courtesy was not extended to me. Also, I was not offered any amenities because of the inconvenience that the 4am alarm caused, Friday night-Saturday morning of my stay. Otherwise, the stay may have been perfect. On my resume, I have been a corporate trainer for sales. Customer service is my business and remains that today; just in a different venue.

1. Perfect location for bar exam takers. 2. Ready lunch to pick up for bar exam days ( convenience of having lunch and refresh @ your own room and getting back just on-time) 3. THE BREAKFAST / hot, quick, and delicious 4. Convenience of the room service 5. The desk size for work/study 6. Very comfortable and homey 1. Quality of the restaurant's food needs great improvements (except breakfasts that are aaaa) 2. House keeping needs to be more professional (very loud), also all together clean rooms, but there was some dust on the side tables, chairs, and phones. Would expect better from Embassy Suites.

Our room was great and staff was friendly. We weren't aware parking wasn't included. We gave the valet our keys, went up to the room to have some drinks before the sabres game and when we came back down 40 minutes later, our car was still running out front.

The staff were wonderful - very friendly, courteous and full of personality. Great decor in the hotel. They are very customer friendly with a manager's reception with free drinks and snacks for everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Valet parking which was required and less costly than self parking elsewhere was such a treat. The gym was decent and the rooms were really big and comfortable. Everyone working there was very nice as well. The location is perfect for our needs.

Прекрасный номер. Сюрпризом был включенный завтрак, хотя при бронировании завтрака не было. Отсутствие проблем с парковкой. При заселении менеджер накосячил с оплатой, наморозил денег на карте а в довесок еще и снял сумму за проживание. В итоге на карте зависло около 600 долларов и по прошествии трех недель еще не разморозились. Поэтому не рекомендую путешествовать с одной карточкой и с суммой на ней впритык.

Room was very clean and spacious. In suite dining was tasty and moderately priced. Valet staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff was a bit unfriendly/unhelpful. Asked for restaurant recommendations in the area, and was met with blank stare. Several of the front desk staff didn't even smile.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. I liked the size of the corner suite and the 'to-go' coffee brew machine. The room was not vacuumed when it was made up after the first night. There was not enough tissue.

Very nice breakfast - omelettes, hot buffet Great size - spacious room Clean Friendly Staff Location is downtown, good if there for business but less for tourism (area a little scary at night) Valet parking is $15
