    Free breakfast!!! Nice selection :)

    Lack of elevators on the main floor. Could of used a set on each end instead the furthest end!

    Stayed here before and it's always good. I got a deal but it can be pricey. No too many suite options downtown if you are looking not to share a bedroom with your kids.

    Due to location parking is expensive all around there. Pool is small. Cocktail reception is a joke. Line is very long for the free drink and the appetizers were pretty lame.

    A very friendly staff & wonderful location to what we wanted to see in Chicago having two grandchildren. Swimming, breakfast & snacks were an excellent addition.

    I booked online with a third party. I asked for an early check in & they said I could check in early for an additional fee of $25.00. I had a confirmation # & they wouldn't let me check in @ 11:30. We were told to come back at 2:00. We had no trouble then. It wasn't that bad but I just didn't like have to come back.

    Location is excellent Family room option Good breakfast

    The hotel and our room was extremely cold. Atrium was noisy which disturbed sleep. Double-sized beds were very narrow. Pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable.

    Happy hour and breakfast are worth every penny.

    The lobby was freezing, I get it's summer and you wanna give people relief of the heat, but we were so cold we brought our breakfast to the room.

    Our stay at the Embassy Suites was excellent. The location was central, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable bed. The facilities were great and the bell staff was especially helpful. The full breakfast and manager's reception in the evening were excellent and of course when traveling with kids a pool is a must. We really enjoyed our 5 days, 4 nights at this hotel.

    The cost of parking is expensive so we made alternate arrangements.

    The location of the hotel was perfect. My family enjoyed the pool. And the room was clean and comfortable. The staff helped us with transportation around the city and gave us suggestions for restaurants. Loved the happy hour!

    We had a good experience, there really wasn't anything we didn't like.

    Location was perfect. Valet, bell desk workers were very helpful and pleasant

    Front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful. Wallpaper peeling in our room. Had issues with keys multiple times during stay. No safe in room had to take valuables down to front desk.

    Suite is efficient, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out. We had a corner room, which is much better than the rooms with only one window.

    The open space is cavernous, and with the number of children (which comes with the territory in a suite hotel) it can get loud in the center area.

    The employees at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. The location was great! For the most part, our room was very nice and clean. I didn't go with excellent when ranking cleanliness and comfort because the sofabed mattress and mattress cover in our room were wet. I didn't find out until the middle of the night before we were to check out. I informed the front desk at checkout time because I was afraid I would be charged for damages but to my surprise, they deducted some from my bill to compensate. I'm sure it would have been taken care of promptly if I would have found out when we first checked in.

    Not happy with having a wet mattress and mattress cover in the sofabed.

    I travelled with a friend and we liked the two room set up, each with TV, double beds, nice bathroom and plenty of closet space to accommodate our shopping. The coffee machine in our room was great first thing in the morning.

    The servicing of our room was fairly hit and miss and often they did not empty the rubbish bins. We arrived at 11pm from a 16 hour flight and thought the registration staff were not very helpful. Fortunately our little problem was easy enough to clear up.

    EVERYTHING especially the breakfast, snacks and evening reception. Hotel was very convenient to all Chicago activities.

    The sofa bed was very uncomfortable so I slept on it unfolded. It was ok. Maybe rollaways might help.

    The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very kind and helpful.

    The bellman was unfriendly and a bit rude to us for not tipping him.

    Staff was great. I called down a few times with needs and was serviced promptly. Free cook to order breakfast was nice. We also took advantage of the Managers Reception one of the two nights we stayed. Great views and the size of the room was great. We did not feel on top of each other at all and traveling with two young kids that was VERY nice. Plenty of room for all of us and all of the stuff you take traveling with kids. Would book here again.

    We booked a slightly higher priced premium suite that included a drink and snack station for the convenience of not needing to run to a store to buy waters and snacks for the kids for our days out in the city. There was no water in the drink station the whole three days, snack station was all but wiped out 85% of the time. I did call the front desk and they brought bottle waters to our room. Like I said. The staff was great!

    The view from our room was excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

    It seems that Hilton had a system wide computer outage, we could not check in when we arrived. It also appeared that the rate quoted was increased.

    The en-suite rooms and the buffet breakfast with the made-to-order option.

    I was charged much more than the amount shown on the booking. When I complained they said they'll reverse it but they didn't.
