That staff was exceptionally helpful with any questions we had! Also the breakfast was wonderful. Parking for $25 overnight. Not from. Big city. Not used to that!

Cook to order breakfast. Convenient to public transportation. Convenient parking and they allowed us an early check in. Maintenance deferred. Missing in-room fridge, front desk didn't answer calls, door between bedroom and living room of suite was broken and missing the door knob. I tried to call the front desk about the missing mini fridge, but no answer. I really didn't want the hassle of moving or waiting for maintenance, so I just brought the cooler from the car and filled it from the ice machine to keep our drinks and fruit cold. The exercise room was not well maintained. There were pieces missing from the Precor machine. Staff did not ask guests to keep their children under control. Kids were climbing in the plants and grabbing food from the hot table with their hands.

Nice hotel in excellent location for conference centre. Also easy access into Chicago using the Metro line. Good value with adequate facilities and good breakfast / food options. No real negatives

Convenient and easy access to the Rosemont Convention Center and other Convention hotels. With the exception of 75 feet, access to these other areas are available through an enclosed walkway or outside via street level. Free breakfast was always good. This is an older Embassy Suites. The rooms were fine, but just not "fresh". No warm appetizers at the evening "manager event", so not something one could make a meal out of.

Breakfast was great. Two rooms was great for a family to spread out and not be cooped up in one room. The room needs more access to outlets for recharging. It would be desirable not to have to pay for parking.

The Buffet breakfast. The location. 1. Daily parking fee of $25 was not included on your listing of the price on your website. You need to make sure that is visible for anyone booking a hotel near an airport like OHare as well as downtown Chicago. 2. AC in our room broke down; we were relocated. 3. Front desk help incompetent; gave engineering service the wrong room number when we first notified them of the AC malfunction, so we waited over 90 min for service. 4. rap music in the elevators was poor selection for a hotel that caters to all ages.

economico, confortable y sin ruidos. perfecto para pasar la.noche si al dia siguiente vas al aeropuerto con trasporte para ir y volver de la terminal. las habitaciones estan muy bien. son grandes e incluso tienene una salita con sofas, nevera microhondas y television. muy confortable. la unica pega algo lejos de la.ciudad en tren. la parada esta cerca pero se tarda media hora en llegar.
