Friendly staff. Great location. Oversized rooms with comfortable beds. Evening reception with cocktails and snacks: lots of fun! Breakfast in the morning had plenty of options. The pool and hot tub were great! Very enjoyable stay!
The only negative thing I noticed is the poor water flow from the shower which is absolutely nothing compared to its many positive things
The queitness of the room and the comfortability of bed. The room is simply equiped with every single thing that the guest need.
Very poor breakfast. Outdated room.
Everything, Hotel was clean room are perfect breakfast was great, checking in and out was easy
Notice of planes in the early morning
Breakfast is free and nice
Hot tub was not warm or hot enough pool was cold indoor one very disappointed
The beds were very comfortable
I appreciated the van service to O'Hare. The reason for our stay was to get my daughter to the airport for her international flight. This was a good option. It's much like every other Embassy Suites. Because it was so cold, we did enjoy dinner in the onsite restaurant.
I was surprised by an extra $25 charge on my visa for parking. That is rediculous! Not happy about that especially since I was never told about it ahead of time!
Driver picked us up & never offered to put luggagen back. I had to sit on my suitcase in the chair to make room for over full bus. Room was a bit dirty needs updating. Noticed on arrival most tables in main eating area dirty & had empty pizza boxes and uncleared tables. The same upon our arrival for a bite to eat in the bar upon our late arrival around 10pm
Breakfast was good, lobby was too cold and thus the restaurant off of lobby was too cold. Suggest adding a glass partition with door to restaurant from lobby area. Staff was great & courteous.
Nominal fee for internet
There was a family that decided to extend their room to the hall and they let three boys run around the floor all night until about 10. Parents sitting on the floor drinking while kids doing laps was not acceptable. I would take it that this doesn't happen all the time.
The ease of check in was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great location. It is so close to everything. Would stay here again if we ever go to Chicago with our children.
Only payable wifi I have my mobile wifi therefore did not use it
Good transfer to the airport good breakfast room size
Nice for a gathering of friends
I enjoyed staying there ,loved the breakfast and free evening drinks. Nice clean rooms and nice staff.
not a big fan of my room overlooking a courtyard when i walk out the room door.
Embassy Suites is a wonderful hotel. the accomodations were excellent. loved the breakfast buffet, pool, and fitness center. most of all loved the location. so much to do in rosemont and a lot within walking distance.
Many times I called and would just get an answering machine, I would leave my number and no one would call back. It was during the week of labor day maybe that is why.
The free cocktail hour, the huge free to order breakfast. The staff was really nice.
Ran out of muffins Sunday morning, coffee wasn't hot enough
Carrying my luggage to my room at the opposite end of the hall only to have my key not work ; all the way back down and then up again.
Very good breakfast selections and friendly service.
need waffles for breakfast
Horrible experience. We ended up with a free night stay and canceling our 2nd night. We ate at the Basil Kitchen where we sent back our kids food because it was horrible. The chicken fingers were gray. My husband ate all his beef tenderloins and mashed potatoes and ended up with food poison. We got to our room and it was blood on the sheets and the previous guest shirt in the bed which clearly indicated the room had not been cleaned. Due to my husband getting sick we was not able to make it to my cousin funeral and continue with our stay. I will be sending a formal letter to the hotel. We stayed their on the night of July 4, 2014.
The location 20 minutes from Downtown Chicago
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ~ BEST HOTEL STAY WE'VE EVER HAD!!!
The front desk staff that day are not helpful at all. There are some customers that are having problem wirh parking space. Also, the staff who is ckecking us in is not friendly.
I like the breakfast and the evening reception.
