they very very accommodating I had issues with the shuttle service, but they did apologize and gave me a free pass to watch a movie. The location was too far from my conference so daily I was dealing with shuttle issues

the bed was lovely-soft,firm,comfotable with beautiful softpillows. the room was quiet with no outsidenoise. it was easy to get to uncle bens and the local shopping mall. having to line upfor breakfast and the lack pf food for those with eating problems.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best. It had a huge variety and it was delicious. Also, it saved us time by not having to find a place to eat breakfast. The hotel was also nice and clean! They didn't have a shuttle to the Love Field Airport.
