Location was good. Staff was nice

Rooms could use some up dating

We liked the seperate sleeping area. Breakfest service is excellent. Nice facilities. A goodvalue forthe money. Better than most.

During leisure time I watched some TV. The tv's were very old, resulting in poor picture quality. You could not read the scrolls at the bottom of the screen! This is my only objection with the room.

We liked our room, the location, the full breakfasts provided.

The slow elevators & one was unavailable and we did not like the fact that you charge for Wi-Fi (we refused to pay the $8.95 for 24 hrs.)

As stated by others, the breakfast was great. The atrium atmosphere was lovely. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The area felt safe.

The manager's reception was chessy. The snacks were stale and very low quality. For such a nice hotel this was very disappointing. Also, the place was over-run with kids for two out of the four days we stayed. It was horrible-noise, running around, echo up the center atrium. I feel other guests should be compensated when the hotel is sold out and guests not associated with the conference are so hugely impacted. Also our heater in the room did not work and we had to run an electric heater almost continuously to stay warm our complaints were met with some hokey explanation about the hvac being old.

The main lobby was very nice and relaxing. It was a good place for our family to gather for visiting. The breakfast and happy hour drinks that were included in the fees for our suite was an added value that attracted us to stay at your hotel.

We would of liked to bring in our own food in the large center lobby area...such as to order pizza in instead of having to order through your restaurant...but it was good.

All was great nothing to complain

Very nice and spacious rooms. A great complimentary breakfast as well as a happy hour with snacks. Quiet room but family friendly at the same time.

No free internet, a few issues with poor service from the staff.

Loved how beautiful the facility was and the staff was very accomodating.

We could hear other guest through the walls fairly well.

1. Pool water was too cold. 2. Charged us $15 more for two nights than they did for the other three nights for one room. 3. Shower seat came loose.

I loved the lobby, the layout of my room, and the fantastic breakfast.

Staff seemed over worked and, at times, over whelmed.

The staff need serious training on how to work with customers. Plus the constant signs around the hotel and elevators with clip art looks more Motel 6 than Embassy Suites.

Leaving Early

Fod and room service was Horrid. The staff was not at all engaging. I know they could be social as they were always talking with each other. Management at this facility is not engaged in the operation. Facility is dated and does not nor can not compete with other in their class or even other hotels were expectations are lower.

Staff was extremely nice. Free gourmet breakfast and free cocktails in the evening. We will definitely be coming back here. Especially for the in-beatable price!!
