I loved the breakfast, complimentary drinks, hot tub, staff

Attractive. Nice staff. Beach access. Good breakfast and happy hour.

There was a problem with the air conditioning that made our stay pretty uncomfortable, but they gave me a credit on my bill, which I think was fair and I am satisfied. Those things happen.

We liked the location, the free breakfast, evening reception, being able to check out beach towels. The size of the room was very nice. Love the atrium area to sit & relax. Nice having a 2 separate sinks. A microwave & refrigerator a plus! Would stay again!

Our bedroom area was a little warm , so a ceiling fan would have been perfect!

I liked the location even though it is not on the beach it is across the street.

The livingroom furniture in our room and the room next door was dingy. The walls were also dirty.

We enjoy the whole concept of a great weekend getaway. The rooms are real nice and the breakfast is awesome. We have stayed several times and will be back again, soon.

I have bursitis, so the bed was a bit to hard. Otherwise not a single complaint.

Managers reception was nice. Breakfast cooked quickly with helpful polite staff.

For a $165.00+ a night (for two nights) room the experience was less than expected. If you're a traveling family with three kids then maybe you get a good value because of the free breakfast, but the business guest or couple doesn't get the same sense. The room was sufficient. Flat panel TV's (2) but the furniture looked like it was picked out from a 1970's flea market. The climate controls quickly adjusted the tempurature so that was good because you always walk into a frozen room when you first arrive. The king size bed was comfortable and very roomy. The bathroom was clean and functional but no more. The tub was not inviting and the shower head looked (and performed) like it hadn't been cleaned since installation. The front desk staff was less than stellar. Upon check-in the front desk clerk boostfully reminded us of the free breakfast and mangers reception only to say "oops!" And then correct himself as the managers respection had been over for 10 minutes. He did invite us to return again tomorrow for the reception though. No offer to assist with luggage either (maybe not that kind of hotel but again for the kind of $$$ you spend I'd expect a little "above and beyond") When checking out I called the front desk to request a luggage trolly be brought to our room only to have the woman at the desk confusingly repeat my question as if she wasn't quite sure why a guest at her hotel would need to have such a device delivrered to thier room before checking- out. The cart arrived 20 minutes later. One woman did accomodate (both mornings) our "unusual" request for a cup of hot milk for our coffee. She smiled pleasantly and fulfilled our request quickly and then returned to her normal duties. All other questions or requests seemed to be followed by blank stares and "I'm sorry I've never been asked for that before." Replies. Again maybe we picked the wrong hotel chain and were expecting too much, but for the price I would not expect a little more service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening happy hour was fun.

It was a great location and good location. It was easy to locate and travel back too.

The manager whom was a lady was rude to me and got aggravated when I asked a question. She had patience.

I liked the complimentary breakfast with lots of choices, and complimentary open bar in evening. The room was a nice size, always clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to beach, although not private. The pool a little too small. Hotel in great location. Definitely will go back to this hotel!

Love the atmosphere and having a suite instead of a room. Breakfast is fantastic! Happy Hour is wonderful! Food is very good (mussels in marina sauce - YUM!).

The room was run down and smelled of urine.

Not receiveing a proper receipt. Seemed like the front desk staff wasn't sure how to handle my booking stay. Front desk staff not very friendly. And I was overcarged.
