We love the bed and pillows in the room. Very comfy. The breakfast was delicous.

Some of the workers down at the breakfast were a little rude. Didn't seem to be very thrilled to be serving the customers. Also when checking out we had to wait about 15 minutes for a housekeeper to look at the room so we could get our $20 incidental deposit back. Overall I was pretty satisfies. Prices are a little high for my liking bit we enjoyed our stay.

I like the nightly reception and of course the daily breakfast. The room was comfy and spacious. Our view from our room was nice.

The price of the hotel. This was a splurge because we can't afford to stay at Embassy Suites very often. The rooms should be no more than 100 to 150, expecially after you have to add on the taxes. Parking lot was full on the weekends and you had to keep driving around to find a spot unless you parked far far away under the bridge.

Great location, easy to get to downtown. The staff was great and very nice clean rooms!

Not the hotel's fault but to many kids! A lot of traffic up and down the halls and door closeing late at night (after 10 pm).

The overall experience was great, good size rooms, very clean.

Restaurant had limited menu and bar staff very slow.

The premium suite credenza was nice and unexpected and the beds were very comfortable as well. Nice ambience for entertaining!

The free breakfast was very nice, however the scrambled eggs were terrible! Skip them and focus more on your omlet / pancakes/ waffles bar. It was much nicer!

It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome. We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to get our Ipad. Impressed! Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great. Can't wait to visit again.
