The manager Kristin was very flexible even after the reservation was screwed up by Booking.com. In addition, the breakfast chef was very fast and his food was tasty! The location is very convenient to NAU, Lowell Observatory and downtown Flagstaff. You could drive by the hotel without seeing it. Something about the signage wasn't good.

The hotel was great except for the pool not being open. We were also near the entrance and it was vey loud people coming and going. The worstboart was the horrible smell coming from the room next to us. People should not be allowedvto cook in their rooms. Especially cabbage and curry!! The staff did nothing about it.

Location Does have the full level of service associated with Embassy - it should be renamed Embassy Lite or Express. I will definitely use Embassy again, just not in Flagstaff.

Très belle chambre, salon spacieux avec coin cuisine, 2 bureaux, très bon lit, petit dejeuner parfait, Wifi parfait, prix justifié.

Smaller furnishings and a fold to the wall desk would make the room with the king size bed feel larger. Otherwise very comfortable.
