    The hotel was located near Minute Maid Park and the awesome green space downtown. We enjoyed being able to walk around in the park. The room was very comfortable!

    Breakfast buffet line was slow. Only 1 person serving the entire crowd. The location of the line blocked the entrance to the elevators. PARKING!!!!!

    I like the location and the price and the basic comfort of the rooms.

    I actually had my 82 year old mother staying there (which I've done over 10 times) so when I took her to check her in, they took my car. I was there less than an hour and they charged me $16 for parking. Unbelievable. Made it clear we would never be back and it made no difference.

    I like the room very well except the bathroom, The shower dose not lock well.

    I did not like the trouble i went through because of the price i booked online, Only for me to get to the hotel they charge me higher than the price i was given online and as a result of that i went through financial trouble which i did not plan for at all.

    Room was fantastic, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty and modern and the beds and pillows were great. I never sleep well at hotels but this was great. Kudos to Ed the manager in the restaurant he was great!

    appetizers in the happy hour were kind of odd. They did not match up; chips, salsa, and cold beans with ranch and potatoes. No cheese or guac it just did not match. Weird.

    The staff were incredibly polite & helpful, from the valet to the front front desk. The location was perfect for us, as our attraction was at the Toyota Center which is only a few blocks walk from the hotel. Check in/out was easy.

    I was destined to sleep on the sofa bed which made for an awful night's sleep. I've slept on sofa bed's before, but sleeping on that thing was like sleeping on springs & rods. I strongly recommend bringing a blow-up mattress.

    Staff was helpful and friendly. The valet service was the best, especially Adam.

    I borrowed a pair of scissors for two hrs and was billed $20.00. They did take it off the bill.

    The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and spacious with separate living room and small kitchen in the middle. Good value for money as the price is reasonable.

    Just Location, nothing else.

    1) Staff do not care about client satisfaction. During breakfast I had to clean and set the table. Long line to get my meal. Environment in the restaurant was very dirt. Quality of the meal was poor. 2) Nothing in the frigobar, even water. I do not mind to pay, but I had nothing to buy. 3) Very expensive considering the service I got.

    The location was a short walk to Minute Maid, the Convention Center and several great restaurants, etc. Loved it! The staff is wonderful, room comfortable and spacious.

    Crowded happy hour and breakfast, but that is what one expects if there is a conference at the hotel as well. The food was very good though.

    The location gave me the chance to take in a block or two of fresh air before stepping into the George Brown Convention Center for the day. Also loved being able to take a free Jazzercise class in the Discovery Green park.

    The hotel was within walking distance to the Minute Maid Stadium, there was a beautiful park next to it and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    The breakfast was crowded with a long wait in line. The three different food areas should be separate so that everyone doesn't have to wait in one line while people toast their bagels.

    The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot.

    After we checked out, my boyfriend realized that he had left his a IPad in the hotel room. When we called to check if someone had turned it in we were transferred to the lost and found department where we could only leave a message. We've called at least 5 times since we left and each time were only able to leave a message. I realize that it wasn't the hotel's fault that we didn't check the room more thoroughly before we left but I feel like they could be more helpful.

    Mr. Oscar (Bellboy), Mr. Juan (Valet Parking Manager), and Front Desk Manager.

    Confussions and big mistakes. First, my car was out side by error, I didn't request a call for my car. And then a big mistake, front desk person gave a key copy to another Mr. Flores, and this person and another two more into my room at 1:00 am, my wife and myself were sleep and was a so bad and dissapoiment moment.

    I have made a reservation for some guests (I did not stay at the Hotel personally). The way the reservation was handled was very poor and does not give me any confidence of using this Hotel again. I have sent several emails and never received an answer. I had to phone several time to obtain a Credit Card form to cover the cost. The reception could nto find the right reservation. When there was a problem with the credit card, instead of calling me (the cardholders) they have called the guests. Dreadful experience.
