Embassy Suites Irvine - Orange County Airport  

The room is clean and well maintained. Staff at check in counter were friendly and prompt in their service. Breakfast spread was pretty decent.

Wifi is chargeable and per device...On parking charges, there could be clearer instruction if guest can park for free.

The complimentary breakfast is AMAZING, I wish we could have eaten there all day!! The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean!

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Room was too small. Price was too high.

I was very disappointed about the room since it had a very dirty soiled sofa in the sitting part of our room... It was not something I would ever sit on.so I ended up covering it with a blanket.... And, I was a promised a mirror so I could see the back of my hair while styling my hair, it was promised from the front desk but never delivered. Also, I was not informed about the $15 dollar a day parking charge..... By the way, the hotel blaimed the parking non -disclosure on Bookings.com. Sincerely,Georgia Brown

Hotel staff were overall very friendly and helpful, including cleaning staff. I loved the tea and coffee in the room - a nice selection. Breakfast was terrific. Fitness room was fine - glad to have individual TV at each machine. Atrium is so pretty - nice to hang out there.

I was upset to arrive and be told $15 parking fee. The gentleman at the desk when I checked out kindly said he would waive it when I returned next weekend which further upset me as that told me it was an optional charge. I booked this room to save money - to be suddenly given an extra $15 charge for parking did not sit well with me. So next weekend I have booked at a different local hotel where parking is free. The room smelled really musty and no fresh air. The clock was an hour off - it would have looked much more inviting of the clock was on the right time. Service in the pub was slow...Wish swimming pool were larger - it is really just for little kids so I could not swim.

Excellent and very clean room. Nice spacious suite with a wet bar, fridge, and flat screen tv.

They charge for the internet. Not only do they charge for the internet, but they charge for each device, so they tried to charge me for my laptop and smart phone, which is complete bs.

Location and the room was well appointed.

Internet was an extra charge per day.

Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour relier le parking et les chambres: surtout lorsque l'on a beaucoup de bagage ou shopping !!!

I like the suite format of this hotel. It was an added bonus that they had such a good breakfast and a manager's reception in the evening in which there was no charge for appetizer/snacks and drinks. Room wasn'r "brand new" but still very nice. With the suite format, I could watch tv and talk on the phone in the living room while my wife could sleep undisturbed in the bed room (where there was another tv in case two people want to watch different things.) Free shuttle to the airport was one of the things that encouraged me to choose this hotel.

I didn't like that the breakfast started too late to enjoy on our last day because we had to leave early for a flight. So, I guess I wish that they would at least put out a minimum of just a few things for people who can't partake of the full thing. Some cofffe at least! Maybe a muffin or fruit too.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Our suite was very cozy also the hotel was very clean.

Both the property and room were clean. Lots a variety/selection offered for breakfast.

Appetizers offered during cocktails was less than desirable. Perhaps fresh fruit and/or vegetables can be added?

Very convenient for business. I chose this hotel as it was very close to my California office. I am usually based in London,UK

The dry cleaning/laundry costs were massively over priced! The dry cleaning form stated a price of $28.95 to have one light weight coat cleaned. When the coat was collected the bill had increased to almost $40.Four shirts increased to $53. I queried this final cost with reception who agreed that the cost was totally unacceptable. They also commented that this was an outside cleaning company so therefore Embassy Suites were not responsible for the exorbitant increase in their stated price. I personally believe that they should also take responsibility as this was a service that they offered their guests.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.
