Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Appreciate the shuttle to the lv Strip b Bathrooms are too dark. Using CFL's in bathroom does not work.

The rooms were really nice! The made to order breakfast was tasty. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear the sound of the elevator moving. Also the refrigerator made noises. Other than that it was great!

Very Quite Hotel with good design, fantastic space in the core of the building. Improving the breakfast choices. Better arrangement of shuttel bus.

Alles ok sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage ist nicht gerade günstig,Taxi zum Strip 10.- Dollar zwei mal täglich und in ein paar Tagen ist man 100.- Dollar los.

I want a refund, as we were not allowed to check in, the hotel said that we didn't have a reservation. The person at the registration desk Emilio did not even bother to call book.com when I showed him the printout from the reservation. He said that we had to contact them directly. Overall it was an awful experience, obviously Emilio needs more training on customer service. My cell phone needed to be charged and I did not have the charger with me,,,,unable to get the information that I needed from booking.com in time to resolve the issue. Either way Emilio, said that our reservation was never booked. I want my money back. As previously stated we did not get the opportunity to stay at the hotel, awful that the hotel did not go above and beyond their job to get the situation resolved. Awful, Emilio should be fired on the spot.
