Nice room. God breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Helpful staff. Many restaurants close by. Shopping mall, Americana and Galleria within walking distance.

Wifi not free. Laundromat had only one machine.

Nice room, accommodated 4 people. Bit of a squeeze though. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Breakfast was ample. Every evening there was a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. Lots of nice places to eat around. Shopping areas and theaters within walking distance. Zoo and Universal Studios pretty close.

Our bathroom shower stall leaked each time someone had a bath. Whole bathroom floor would get wet. They finally sorted it out, but it still leaked, though less. There was a laundromat at the hotel, but only one washer and one dryer. So you had to wait ages, if someone else had their clothes in. Car park charges $15 a day! No free wifi except for the lobby.

I liked that they offered complementary drinks on their breakfast coupon for Saturday evening, also liked their pool area. The staff were nice and I liked their dining area as well.

It felt like the service was poor, by the time I went to sleep I noticed that all the pillows were feathers, so I called to get some foam pillows and they said they cannot do it because laundry room is closed therefore I wasn't able to sleep the first night after 8 hours of driving to la, compare to other hotels, the embassy suite didn't exceed my expectations since I got a negative answer for other requests that could of be handled easily. At check out time non of front desk staff asked how my stay was with the hotel it seems like they didn't really care of how is the guest experience with the hotel. It is sad to give such a comment on this hotel since the hotel itself looks really great place to stay.

Clean well maintained property. Food service did an excellent job accomodating the Rose Bowl crowd staying at this hotel. Our friends, who travel often, said they were surprised at the quality of this hotel. They had not stayed at an Embassy Suites before because they had not heard good reviews.

The only thing was that they left the whole bill on my credit card and didn't split it with our friends.

Large rooms and very attractive entry foyer. Also very accommodating staff.

Only the food. We are Australian and therefore unused to your way of cooking. However the 'omelette man' did an excellent job.

There were a great number of things we enjoyed during our stay at the hotel. The hotel provided an excellent hot breakfast; the fitness facility had very nice exercise equipment. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel being so close to universal studios. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the hotel was great. We do not have one negative thing to say.

It is close to the L.A. Zoo and close to shopping. Our suite was very comfortable. The hotel also provided an awesome breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool and spa.

What I didn't like about the hotel was you can only get wifi down in the lobby. It would have been alot more convientent to have wifi in the room, as I have small children and hard to work on computer with them running around every where.

Great services for the value and great location, easy access on/off the freeway. I was extremely pleased to find such a great deal on the internet. The mangers reception was very nice and the breakfast was also excellant. Room service was fantastik. If I can get this same deal each time I travel to Los Angeles, I will certainly make the Embassy Suites my hotel of choice.

Front desk staff were nice but not very enthusiastic or cheerful. Could have been better ambassadors for your organization. Room had food left on the floor from the previous guests, but it was cleaned up right away.

Les chambres sont indignes d'un hotel 4*: mauvais design, moquette moche, pas de fenetre, salle de bain d'un formule 1... ca vaut un hotel 2*. Propreté insuffisante, nourriture qui trainent sur le sol du petit dejeuner. Piscine et spa sans classe, ni propreté. Sol en béton pur, chaises en plastiques de premier prix... A ne pas faire. Internet 10 $ + parking 15$. tres cher rapport qualite prix... Fuyez...

Internet war, wie bei keinem anderen Hotel auf dieser Reise, kostenpflichtig. Die Berechnung von knapp 10,00 Dollar empfindet, gerade ein Geschäftsreisender, als ziemlich unverschämt.

отель с хорошим дизайном, удобным месторасположением - мы искали поближе к голливуду и к юниверсал студии. шикарный завтрак, перекусы и коктели вечером- бесплатно. прачечная за 1,25$- порадовала! номера большие, для семей с детеами- идеально.
