Toilet leaked and ran steady. Called to get fixed, plumber or handyman arrived quickly, so we left for the afternoon. Upon returning, the problem remained, which potentially might interfere with sleep. However we turned off the water supply to the toilet at night so we could sleep. Poor service.
Close to Americana galleria and food was good and everything clean.
room and bathroom are clean and large enough, staff are friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast and most of all, hotel location is convenient for us.
everthing was perfect,no complaints, will stay here again.
Proximity to the event I was in town for. Breakfast included. Nice lobby with the koi pond.
Beds were uncomfortable to me & I expected them to be larger (I think they were full-size). I would have liked to have some fresh air through an openable window. May have been better off leaving the bedroom and sitting area open, instead of cramming a wall in, the space felt really tight. Parking fee of $18/day is way too high.
Lobby. Fish pond. Breakfast buffet with outdoor seating great!
Windows dirty, they overlooked the lobby so it would have been nice to be cleaned.
Everything was amazing, some people were rude at the breakfast area. Bedrooms are super clean and spacious. Wish parking was free, good breakfast.
Free happy-hour in the evenings and location of the hotel.
Price was a little too high.
Clean rooms and confortable beds.
The restaurant service was very slow and food was just ok.
No extra blankets available
Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Rooms were comfortable.
Room was not serviced. View even with a higher floor was of a parking garage wall. Staff did not keep breakfast area clean during service.
We had to call to get our room made one day.
pool, staff, breakfast, pond and location
Paying for internet and parking was a first for me. I didn't like it at all.
The parking structure. Difficult to park, the smell was terrible.
We had to book this hotel last minute due to our other hotel having bed bugs! We were so happy with the new hotel. Embassy was 30$ more a night and we also had to pay 18$ a day for parking, but it was completely worth every penny! Free breakfast every morning and cocktails and drinks for free at night! Made up for the extra hotel cost! The king bed was huge and comfy and my two little kids slept on the pull out with no problems! The room was clean and the carpet was very clean!(bonus when you have small children that want to play and romp on a floor!). The air conditioner worked great every day and night! Also I accidentally only booked for three nights when I needed four! The hotel was awesome and accommodating and kept us in our room no problem!
They only have one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. They need at least three!
I liked that fact the universal studios and walk of fame were just 15 to 20 min away
It's to expensive
Didn't have daylight in our room , it was depressing because it was dark all the time in our room.
Generally: excellent staffing. All very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast area was very poorly laid out. Suggestion: take your next management trainee and have them just be available in that area for the serving hour. S/he will come up with changes to layout/signage in a heartbeat.
Love the pond in front, very relaxing
Went to the bar and the guys didn't know how to mix a drink. You need a real bar tender who knows his stuff. I had to show him how to make a Martini and he didn't know what Chardonnay was as he tried to poor my husband a pink Chablis.
Worn out, old, lumpy mattress. Tired, old look to suite. Windows don't open for fresh air...stale room.
The big space
Limited choice of breakfast and the same menu is served everyday. There was no variety.
Everything about the hotel was excellent given that all hotels in the area are very expensive.
The price, but all hotels in the area are very expensive.
I thought it was easily accessible from the freeway and close to shopping and dining areas. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the staff was very courteous. Our room was comfortable although the closet doors in the sleeping area were not attached properly.
I didn't like that there was a parking fee. I just feel that when staying in a hotel the parking should be included, and also the fact that there was a fee for WiFi was a bit ridiculous. These are the 'little things' that could make this hotel stand out from all the others in the area. Not sure I would stay here again.
I was very pleased with our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast and evening reception were great. Paying for the parking was a bit expensive, but after staying at other hotels in the area and having worry about parking was worth it.
Not having Wi-Fi available in the room.
As a smoker, it was convenient they had smoking rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough, though smaller than I had anticipated.
Everything was extremely overpriced - parking was 15$ a night, movies were 12$ on pay-per-view, the complimentary breakfast ended at 9 am so anybody hoping to sleep in is out of luck, and greediest of all, there was a 10$ charge to use Wi-fi. It was ridiculous and enough to make me not want to go back.
