Great hotel layout especially the rooms. Managers reception great idea for guests.

Excellent location abutting freeway access. Very good airport views from fifth floor suite. Friendly, helpful and and genuine management and staff.

The fee for parking for Hotel guest. There should at least be a discounted price.

I had to pick up a document from South Embassy Suites at the airport and I was booked into North. I had very little time to do this and the shuttle driver took a detour to South Embassy Suites so I could pick up the document. I was ever so grateful!

The amenities were excellent! I enjoyed the decor and the surrounding attractions.

The only complaint I had is the $25 fee for parking for overnight guests. There should at least be a discounted fee for guests.

Dirty pool and spa

The familiarity - we stay here every year on our way from the uk to slc and we like the 2 room suite so we can both get a decent rest after the 11 hour flight.

Not being able to see out of the windows!! Previous years we have been on the third floor with a view this year it was the fifth floor with white out windows - why??

Good location - easy access to freeways and close to many other attractions. Clean and spacious room, plenty of outlets for appliances. Price-value was outstanding.

No view or balcony access due to city regulations - classic case of unnecessary micro-management. The wireless was kind of expensive - wish they had a wired option. Parking was also a little pricey, but since street parking is limited, I can see why.

Tired out rooms and having opaque windows that cannot be opened was stifling were awful and I would not stay again

Excellent omelette.

Could not sleep because the heating duct in room 430 made so much noise like that of an alarm clock all night long. When I reported it in the morning the front desk attitude was like "too bad".

The departure!!!

The room, said King but was a double, not good for romance. An offensive odor from beneath us (renovation, which we did not know of until we arrived) nauseated us right after dinner too:( Breakfast was at 7, our departure was at 630, we were informed that breakfast was at 6 when we reserved:(...the shuttle, which did not happen, because the shuttle "left on time" but the next shuttle was 5 or more min late in departing??? There were 2 other shuttle buses available...The front desk was very dismissive of me, my companion and rude...have some coffee and remember I am the customer. The pool had kids in it after hours...so I returned in the morning to sit and relax for just 15 min...10 min into my time, the night manager comes in and out to the pool patio, leaves the door open and yes he did! proceeded to smoke...the steam from the jacuzzi and cigarett nauseated me:(

We were able to check in early. The shuttle from the airport was very convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The complimentary cocktails was an added unexpected bonus and the food and service at the bistro was excellent. The included breakfast had sufficient variety and was well set out.

We absolutely love Embassy Suites = anywhere !!!! garden area in lobby,etc is wonderful !!! Pool & Spa area delightful. Staff here & aLL eMBASSY sUITES very helpful, pleasant & ACCOMMODATING....oops, sry,lol the manager's welcome always great.

Shuttle to shopping mall would be helpful. Children taking over spa.lol could do with choice of dips at manager's welcome in evening- like Miami

Loved the atmosphere of the public areas, the fish pools with ducks and tortoises. Really enjoyed the manager's reception and the breakfast, which I felt made the hotel good value, especially on our first stay. The staff were mostly really friendly especially one of the managers called Ian. We appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout as we had a late flight.

The price more than doubled from the first to the second time we stayed there,in a period of just five weeks.
