Vicinity to MIA, Shuttle Bus, service was excellent, pool, breakfast were all great. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights but there is nothing around.

Some plane noise at night but this is the price you pay to be so close to the airport. Was fine for me but it my bother some people. The rooms are well insulated.

Entering and leaving the parking lot was a hassle. The room key would not work most of the time to open the gate. Paying for parking 16 dollars a day is ridiculous, That's why I will never stay there again.

In need of updating.

This is one outstanding hotel. The inside tropical plants and setting is outstanding. Rooms were large and furnished very nicely, beds were comfortable, and overall the room was just great. We didn't use the pool or outside areas as we were only there two nights on our way back home. Shuttle service was great and they will take you to where you can catch the Big Red Bus for the city touring and pick you up at the same place on your return.(you have to call them) Seems that they have happy hour every night at 5:30pm for an hour also. Great location to make your airport connection. We were very happy with this hotel.

The only thing we found is the same thing that we found in our stay in Orlando. For a hotel of this standard and price to charge for intenet is really tacky but seems that all the high price hotels do. I am not up on the reason they should charge since they only pay one bill but who am I to complain.

I liked everythings.

We arrived after midnight. Staff was couteous and accommodating.

Very nice hotel. Huge rooms, fridge, microwave, 3 sinks, 2 flat screen tvs, comfy bed. What more can I say. I rate this a 10+

Close to the airport - very confortable - good price for value

The hotel was lovely....nice garden, friendly personnel and close to the airport (which is why I initially chose it). Shuttle service was superb and the driver offered all the customers bottled water which was much appreciated and rare. Having free snacks from 5-7:00 p.m. was also a bonus and the food in the restaurant was very good. I was impressed and will definitely stay in another Embassy Suites.!

La superficie de la chambre. L'insonorisation. La piscine.

L'arnaque. Allouée une chambre de catégorie inférieure pour le même prix sans être prévenu ( pas d'eau en bouteille, pas de peignoir ni chaussons qui nous auraient été inutils mais le principe me déplaît) La climatisation non réglable en chambre.

La habitación estaba demasiado húmeda y además encontramos un basurero sucio en la habitación al recibirla

Muy agradable y con un aceptable desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación. Traslado gratis desde el aeropuerto y además pasa por el hotel el bus que te lleva al Dolphin Mall.

Sim, depois que fiz o check out verifiquei que houve três descontos indevidos em meu cartão de credito sem a minha permissão nos valores de 20,00, 20,00 e 10,00 u$. Não lembro ter feito alguma despesa. Gostaria de saber do que se trata, obrigado.
