I always enjoy the atmosphere at Embassy Suites. The check in process is quick and easy. I like that I get my bill in my room and I don't have to stand in line to check out. I like the TV in the reception area but I don't like not being able to hear or see it. I like to watch the news and some sporting events that are on during happy hour or breakfast. Having no TV might be better.

Proximity to airport NOISY!!!! Hard to get any sleep at all due to location near busy roadways. The airplanes didn't wake me; it was the vehicles.

Excellent food, good service and close to the Mall of America and the mn Zoo. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. All other furnishings were very nice.

Staff. The Staff was very helpful in helping me to secure a boarding pass for rebooked flight due to the weather. rebooked flight not electricall generated so I could not get mu boarding pass. They shuttled me to the airport just as airport staff where leaving. I was able to get my boarding pass and was shuttled back to the Embassy Suites. I slept well knowing I would get on the plane. Shuttle driver stayed late to return me to the Hotel. Very Helpful. I would recommend this Hotel. Thanks for all there help and a good night's sleep. Nothing, Very happy with my stay and a very profesional Staff

Motel is located close to a station on the the light rail that goes to the Twins stadium. -we stayed on the 10th floor, could hear train horns all night -small TV's in the rooms

After checking in late, we realized our room was never cleaned. We waited another 30 minutes after calling the front desk for someone to take care of it. They never offered to do anything more.

We chose this Embassy Suites location because of its proximity to the airport. Our son had a 6:15 am flight and we live in outstate MN. The service was excellent. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport and enjoyed a wonderful meal the night before. The rooms are showing a little wear and tear. Our room had marks on the wallpaper in several spots and fraying of the curtains. Room 233. The beds however were great and comfy pillows.
