I was very pleased and happy with my entire weekend stay. Nice ,quite,and very accommodating experience. Highly recommmend staying there and would definitely stay again. Breakfast Buffet is the Bomb!!!!

Staff was fantastic! Very accomindating and friendly :) Bathroom floor was sticky when we arrived and the carpets and couch really needed cleaning.

The breakfast was good, as usual. I have stayed at Embassy Suites on several occasions in the past in various cities and have always been very pleased. However, this time it was not the same experience. We had double beds instead of queen as I was used to. There was hair in the bathtub. Two roaches came out behind the coffee maker when we pulled that out. We asked that someone come up that night to fix our television because we could not order a movie. The service technician came about 45 minutes after we called, which it was really too late for us to watch a movie then. We let him look at the tv anyway, and it was going to take awhile to fix, so we told him to forget it. We ordered an extra towel and had to call twice about this. All in all, I was very disappointed and could not believe that this was an Embassy Suite.

Good value for the price. Very clean. Great set-up in the rooms. Property seemed well taken care of. Front desk staff was not very friendly. We stood in line behind a group of people while 2 other desk staff stood at the desk and answered phones. We booked through Booking.com and was told we did not have a reservation even though I handed her the confirmation. She finally figured it out. We were on a non-smoking floor, however, the pillows smelled of smoke.

Very comfortable and welcoming. Very lushly decorated and very nicely furnished without being gaudy. Rooms were well beyond what we expected for the price. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to always stay here on any return trips. Very well pleased. Brenda Kellar Shuttle stopped before our plane arrived and we had to taxi over and the taxis and drivers were very poor quality and had bad attitudes.

I had an issue and when I spoke with Carl at the front desk, he assisted me and gave me the piece of mind I needed. I don't know what I would have done without his assistance. He gave awesome customer service and had a very friendly and calming manner that helped me through.

The gentleman that registed us. We had paperwork that documented our reservation but when we went to register they had the wrong date. Unfortunately, the hotel was full but he did get us in somehow.

I bbok the Hotel for my parents that were coming visit me and my wife from Italy.The Hotel staff took care of them (they do not speak English) and they were very impress from their kindness and friendliness.

Very nice hotel, Loved the things that they do extra for there guest. Drinks and finger foods in the evening, Very nice breakfeast bar in morning or they will cook to order omlets for you.
