The beds and food.
Fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet Crabtree evelyn toiletries Comfortable king size bed plush pillows In room keurig Starbucks coffee at breakfast buffet Pleasant staff Cleanliness
Non HD channels for our flat screen TV Would've liked extended breakfast buffet time Very crowded and hard to find seating during peak buffet hours - long line for made to order and cold already made pancakes that you had to wait in line for!
This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites....this hotel's interior is amazing. Goodbye Marriott, I am a new fan of Embassy Suites....especially the Philadelphia Airport location!!!!
The front desk was very helpful. My grandson and I couldn't get connection on his lap top. The lady on the front desk got him connected.
The sink drained out slow
Friendly staff at check-in.
It was a bit noisy at night in the downstairs area. We stayed 2 nights and when the cleaning person came in they didn't leave any clean wash rags or hand towels. $7 for parking seemed a bit steep.
The rates were not bad.
My key didn't work more than once.
Very crowded weekend. No available luggage carts. Only one person making omelets for breakfast so the line was very long. Tables were not cleared off quickly enough. Walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors
clean rooms and bedding.
they wouldn't let the kids swim. we had 4 childrenper room and they only allowed 2 per room.
The room was clean .The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good! Staff was very nice.
The pool was closed when we arrived, but reopened later that night. It was so crowded could not get near it! Kids were running crazy on the main floor of the hotel. That was a bit annoying! Some people need to keep there kids under control! Also did not like having to pay for parking!
Location to the airport; excellent staff; wonderfully delicious freshly made omelet. room was clean and comfy.
the restaurant closing early10:45 pm; arrived a 10:55 pm. Although this info was noted in the reviews, what dominated my decision was the full breakfast and proximity to the airport.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The facility was clean and nicely designed inside and out. Being close to the rail to commute into Philly was a real plus.
The common areas were a little too cool for me!
Everybody was very helpful & saw that I need to be closer to elevator & moved us closer. Very cheerful staff. The suite was very comfortable. Your hotel was very beautiful!
The bellboys were no where to be seen when we arrived. So we had help getting our 4 pieces of luggage to the room. When called to take luggage down to suttle was not in any hurry! Also the toilet was not flushing right.
Continental breakfast and evening reception. Bed was very comfortable.
A few of the staff members were immature.
I went to embassy suites to throw a nice birthday party for my five year old daughter and was told I couldn't give her one. It was extremely disappointing! She couldn't get her cake or anything, couldn't do her decorations or anything! I was told it was a new policy, which I think is total BS!!! Anyway I couldn't believe this hotel would deprive an innocent five year old girl of a birthday party!! That is the most rude and disgusting thing I ever heard!!!
The security guard was very polite.
As soon as i walked in there was a very rude lady at the door. Her attitude was horrible. She messed up The whole vibe of the atmosphere
It was a supervisor working the nite we stayed an she was very nice an helpful the front desk men I think his name was Darrell he was very nice an helpful also when we checked in
My family an I don't eat Pork products an couldn't have meat for breakfast but overall everything was nice
I liked tue breakfast. Otherwise I was not pleased with customer service at all.
I didnt like customer service or the cleanliness
The hotel itself was very nice! The staff were ok. There were a lot of rough other guests, in fact we left the pool w/ our small children because of it. Later, when we returned to the pool, it was closed because it was dirty. We again returned the following morning to swim before we checked out. It was still closed due to the dirty water from the crowd.
I didn't like that the swimming pool water was filthy.
Not kid friendly on the weekends by the pool.. To many kids
Stranded travels and the staff was great
Not as close to airport as I thought buy shuttle was ok.
*Free nightly reception *Free breakfast *Common areas *Decor
*pillows *pool room was cold, water was like a hottub and pool bottom was dirty
