We liked the mangers meet & greet. The breakfast as in all Embassy Suites was fantastic .

Staff was extremely friendly and greeted all of their quests with a smile. I had left my debit card after checking out and it was returned as I had left it. Bartender was not the friendliest. When I wanted to order a drink, he made me feel like I was interupting his conversation with some ladies. My presence was not acknowledged for a while while he was talking at the end of the bar. If you are busy at least acknowledge your guest, but he was not that busy.

The managers cocktail is awesome however wish it was a bit later in the evening as it does cut into shopping when it is at 5:30. The breakfast is awesome the chef is great. Love going and will be a repeat customer. Time of night that they have the Managers cocktails.

it was close to the airport and downtown Portland. The two rooms were convenient for allowing a person to watch tv without disturbing the other. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We left a 7am and there was a continental breakfast for us. Did not have to pay for parking which is ridiculous after paying $150 to stay for one night. Hotels need to have a pot of good coffee instead of a weak tastless hotel coffee.

Clean, comfortable room. Location was right beside jetport, but this was not a problem. However you did need transport to get into Portland. Breakfast was good, and freshly cooked omelettes were always available. We were in room 206, which unfortunately was right above the air conditioning unit for the main foyer. This was extremely noisy and as a result we were unable to sleep for the first night. Hotel staff were sympathetic and moved us to room 204 for our second night. We were also offered a voucher for dinner for two in the hotel's restaurant. However this was attached to a standard letter, which could be seen as an indication that this type of problem may have arisen before. Best to avoid this room if you want a good night's sleep.

It was easily accessible from the major highway. It was also very helpful that the breakfast was included in the stay. The omelets were some of the best I have ever had.

Only stayed here for one night as we were just passing through but found it very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The staff were great when I left something behind, holding on to it until I could collect it the next week.

When staying at the Embassy,with all that is included like breakfast,free drinks and a great restaurant,one doesn't feel the need to go anywhere alse.It 's a great place to relax,a home away from home!

It was convenient to the airport (I had to catch a 6 AM flight the next day. A little noisy when I checked in, but otherwise a fine place to sleep.
