Room lay out, comfortable bed, clean room.
I called the front desk at night to ask if there was a room available so I could stay another night. The person who answered told me he didn't know, that he was alone at the front desk and it would be a while before he could let me know as he was overwhelmed and too busy to give me an answer. When I insisted he told me that he would get back to me in 30 min. he never got back to me...as an hospitality professional myself, I know it only takes 20 sec. to look at room availability in the system. That was very poor customer service IMO.
Free drinks we're nice each evening , the breakfast was very nice . Staff was excellent .
1 of the elevators was down , but every place has that occasionally . Small inconvenience .
The elevators were not working that weekend the hotel was sold out very dangerous because they close on you while walking into the elevator completely shut on you.
Love everything about my stay. Staff was great. Just love the entire hotel and its features. Will definite be staying again
The bed was very comfortable and provided a great rest. The shower and other facilities great. It'd be cool to advertise the 24-hour jacuzzi and pool facilities for Mon–Thurs, which was a nice surprise.
For the price and expectation/quality of the hotel, paying for wifi seems like a sham. At lower quality hotels I get completely free wifi. I'd expect more bang for your buck with that price tag.
Everything was very good
We could of had a keurig coffee maker and free wifi for a measley 10 dollars more. We were not aware of this upgrade and weren't asked if to upgrade either. You also got free drinks and snacks as well. All hotels at this point should offer free wifi and not make it a pay item the cheapest hotels give a lot more free than this chain
I really enjoyed the location.Close to the mall. I enjoyed my room. It was clean and comfortable
The welcome at 6pm had very minimal snacks and those that were there were stale. Things like the welcome are why I stay at Embassy,I wad disappointed.
I traveled 8 hrs to visit family. I was so happy to get in the bed and rest. The staff was very friendly. I absolutely loved the breakfast. Everything was fresh. I think they were working on the elevators because we were using the elevators the staff used. The room was very nice!! Nice comfortable bed. They had a managers special were you could get free alcohol and non alcoholic drinks at a certain time.. It's located right across from the mall which was great! Good room service. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.
The Wifi is not free. It's not easy to find a space to park. I had to squeeze in to park next to big suv's. Although they did have a place in the parking deck for compact cars, but there was a few SUVs parked in that area. Need more space. Cars were parked too close.
Breakfast was good, but you need to get there early. Two free drinks on 2nd evening were great. Room was clean, spacious, wonderful!
One elevator was down for maintenance. So long waits to get downstairs. It was too hard to get to the parking deck. And there were not enough luggage carts.
Awesome breakfast and complimentary drinks from bar
Had to use service elevator to get to room. One was being repaired and the other was very slow as if it was going to break down.
Like everything about this hotel, beds are super comfortable
The staff was so courteous and professional, great perks with the manager appreciation get together in the evenings, and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot. To add the room was the cleanest room my Husband and I have ever stayed in on our trips. I will stay at this propertsy again, thank you Embassy Suites- Crabtree Raleigh, Nc for everything. I highly recommend this property!
Everything was great, there were no dislikes.
No Internet. At this price you gotta be kidding me.
I like the size of the room and the tvs. The scenery was very nice. I like the cocktail hour. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They tried hard to make things better with all the things not working.
No free internet, so I could never stay there on a work trip. It was very noisy. The elevators inside the hotel didn't work so I had to walk steps to my room with my luggage. The elevators to the parking garage didn't work so I had to climb stairs to get to the hotel with my luggage.
Breakfast was pleasing. Plenty of parking spaces Location to road accessability was very good.
The room that we booked online was not what we were allocated.(we had booked a double double and we were allocated a double and a sofabed). When we spoke about this to the receptionist we were told that there was no gaurantee that we would get the room we booked, even though we got that confirmation with Booking.Com when booked. While having a shower in the over bath shower the tap faucet came off the wall and landed on my foot. A short time later when checking out I gave the receptionist the faucet and was told that I had to fill in what seemed to be a large claim that if I wished to make a claim against the company I could but it would take a long time to process. I did not feel that any attempt was made to try and achieve a local compensation.
Location was key...located near many of my favorite shopping stores and restaurants.
My stay was too short...
location; staff; cleanliness; room size
spacious room. omelettes for breakfast.
no internet. coffee was generic.
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff at all levels - the desk, the dining area - just in passing them in the hall...I even had luggage assistance from the manager since the bellman wasn't available at the moment - The comprehensive breakfast included in the cost is exactly that - It could serve as a primary meal for the day - Finally, my suite was well decorated and clean!
Great service, rooms, and breakfast.
The restaurant (separate from breakfast) wasn't really great. We had the sampler plate and decided to stop there.
Poor selection of appetizers (cucumbers, tortilla chips, and chex mix) compared to the Ft. Lauderdale location. Morning buffet ran out of bacon before 9, waited for 10 min no one brought out filled tray, then we were told to stand in the "cook to order line" for bacon. Long line while one chef is cooking. Bathtub drain was clogged, we were a family of 4, but room only had 3 towels. We always stay at Hilton hotels, expected better.
friendliness of staff; good breakfast
a little hidden behind another hotel
