I like the set up of the rooms and the fact that they offer an excellent breakfast service and manager's reception. The rooms smelled old and musty and the one that we were originally assigned to smelled of smoke. The customer service from the front desk personnel was terrible. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or welcomed to the hotel. Additionally, they argued that this was a non-smoking hotel when we informed them that our room smelled of smoke and would like another. There seemed to be no interest in customer satisfaction.

Everything. Perfect hotel. Sound proof rooms. Near to airport, no sound of plane or street traffic. Staff perfect. Comfortable accommodating room. No complains.

When I got home I found a separate and extra $10.00 charge against my debit card. I called the hotel and was told that such a charge was usually made "in case" I was to incur a fee such a telephone or pay tv etc., but since we had no such fees the $10.00 would be returned within a few days. Of course I will check but such behavior is unacceptable. I wonder if they keep these fees in any case or only return them to someone who check their accounts.

I've always enjoyed the decor and arrangements inside the hotel. These rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully arranged. The pool had too much chlorine, burned the eyes. We stayed on a weekend and a weekday and was not told or reminded of the different times breakfast was to be served. Barely made the weekday breakfast time.

I liked their suites and the view of the airport. They a happy hour from 5:30 till 7:00. Breakfast is not to the level I expected. Fewer selection when compared to other hotels.
