I liked just about everything at this hotel. I wished my wife and I would have stayed longer.
I liked everything
Wifi should be free
Having young children, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast. Also the happy hour was a nice plus. All in all we enjoyed our stay and nothing but good things to say about the Embassy.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like.
good location for where I was going,
poor service ,truck got broken into, the hotel woke me up at midnight to let me know my truck was broken into then offered me a free movie for my trouble. they let pizza restaurant put coupons under door that are no good when you order . and they don't let you know that until they deliver the product. went down stairs to see if they offered popcorn and they said no but that evening they had popcorn for the midday snack. I had a bad experience here and no sympathy from the staff they were like so.
It's an excellent place to stay, breakfast and evening reception rate10/10. 3 little girl between age 3-4 was traveling with us that refused seaworld to stay at the hotel. The place is amazing !!!
We really enjoyed our stay. We had great parking. The room was large and separate from the sitting area. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. The reception was an added plus, children was welcomed.
The pull out could have been more comfortable.
It was great everything was great staff was over friendly!! Rooms were huge and clean. The snacks and drinks were a plus!!
Not enough towels for my family.
Location was good for fiesta texas and sea world. Lots of good eating places nearby.
Hotel plaza grille was dreadful. Service was pitiful and food was not horrible. Never got part of our order. Talked to the manager and he had a condescending attitude and almost rude.
The restroom in my suite was dirty and my pillow had some blood on them. Thank god I took my own pillows.
Honestly I do not enjoyed my time in this hotel.
Lack of cleanness, took forever to travel on those smelly elevators. Rooms and bathroom were with a filthy nasty smell. The price I pay was extremely high for the type of hotel. This hotel really needs renovation. Wasted my money!
Overall it was a god hotel
Restaurant staff was lookingto easy money by not follow rules... serving beer at 11 am to good tip
BED TO FIRM
Room size ... Difficult to find a room that commodates 6
THE FOOD WAS SURROUNDED BY FLYS. BREAKFAS WAS OK BUT AT NIGHT IT WAS DIRTY.
Hot breakfast, nice staff
The hot tub was down a day after our checking throughout the rest of our stay, pool and pool area was very cold and these amenities were the reason for booking this hotel. Very disappointing!
Breakfast was outstanding! Staff was very professional and courteous!
Room service, cleanliness,nice room size
Nobody watches their kids in the pool
Very clean spacious rooms. Free full breakfast was great. The indoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.
Indoor pool was nice, but way too much chlorine. We actually smelled like chlorine hours later.
Anything good was overshadowed by the service
We arrived at 1am one evening to find a large tour bus taking up 8 parking spaces. We were very tired and askd the employee at the counter if we could park in the very front because there was no available parking due to the bus. She said no and we explained that we could move our vehicle if it was to be towed. We were very tired. We discussed this for several minutes when a young man who was checking in intervened and stated that he was an employee of another hotel and in his words "in her defense" (speaking about the employee) parking is as there are spaces available. This annoyed me very much because no one was directing the conversation to him, in a service industry I believe the guest should be accommodated, and most impotartantly he was not an employee of the hotel. The employee at the counter stated that he was correct. She sided with someone that had nothing to do with the situation. I felt like we were dealing with a no win situation and that our needs we're not being taken into consideration and the we were being opposed by 2 people. When we walked away I turned around and I saw both her and him roll their eyes. Needless to say we will never stay at the embassy suites again. What I dislike is when someone says they are sorry for the inconvenience but offer no solutions. Someone should teach service people not to verbalized their insincere appologiies as it is very Obvious they aren't sorry. I can understand the regulation about parking but in our defense there was a bus taking up 8 spaces. We were forced to park on the street. This was the solution offered by the employee. She said there was plenty of parking on the street. At 1 am. She said she did not know who the bus belonged to to have them move it. We saw bus arrive at 830pm. I believe the worst part was for the guest to have intervened and take the side of the employee and for the employee to agree with the other guest instead of trying to accommodate us.
