Parking valet didn't know anything about the local parking ordinances. Couldn't tell me how to handle the street parking rules while I checked on room availability
The excellent breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites very much. The hotel is well situated and one can easily get to the important downtown points of interest. It even has a stop on the river cruise lines for transport along the River walk areas. The room is well decorated and spacious with separate family and bedroom areas. Very nice. The kitchenette facilities are perfectly adequate. Lobby and public areas are clean and well maintained. The evening social and breakfast are both well done. Although crowded, one can comfortably enjoy the snacks and breakfasy offerings ina relaxed and enjoyable manner.
Parking at $30 a day is pricey but I guess this may be the going rate in downtown San Antonio
Great downtown location, walking distance to the Alamo, the Riverwalk, restos. Kids particularly appreciated the hot tub and pool.
All facilities were perfect
This hotel is very accommodating and the deluxe suites are absolutely wonderful. I would greatly recommend.
Breakfast was great.
Asked three time for extra pillow cases and wash cloths and never got them. Overcharged for room.

Romantic room. Really enjoyed our stay. Great shower. Nice breakfast.
The manner in which the problems we had were resolved.
All the staff was so friendly.
Very friendly, comfortable place to stay.Front desk person Destiny went above & beyond to assist us. Give her a raise.
Location to River Walk, Staff, Great Breakfast, Wonderful Restaurant, Lucas, for Lunch or Dinner.
Embassy Suites was in a great location, but they did not educate us about the homeless. They as well as other hotels need to educate their guests on how to treat the homeless. They are everywhere, esp. the River Walk. I found out that San Antonio has a great program for the homeless, Food and lodging, but they have to stay free from drugs and alcohol, and get a job. The Tourists give the homeless $ to buy drugs & alcohol and keep them from taking advantage of these programs to become good productive citizens. Tourists need to be told how to help get these homeless to seek a better way of life and an incentive to clean themselves up.
Place was great but food in the resturant was only fair
Resturant could have s better menu
Value for money spent Attention to detail and doing extra effort to make us feel comfortable and happy
only staff member who did not meet expectations was female at front desk. She needs to smile, as I felt my requests were a burden to her. Everone else at the hotel was fantastic
The breakfast was not good at all there were flies on the food and really unclean
Reception, breakfast, location
This is the second time that I have stayed here and I have loved my stay each time. No complaints from me. They even mailed my keys back to me that were left in the room!!
Virtually everything in the hotel. Luke's restaurant was brilliant.
Being charged twice for my stay. Paid with T/Checks and charged again on Visa. Justin needs more training. Nice guy, but? Will be notifying Visa. Stayed in 1121 from 16th to 25th October. Wolfe Sharp
The social hour and made to order breakfast were both very nice and quality. Also, the lobby was set up very well for group visiting and having an elevator down to the riverwalk helped greatly with our wheelchair bound relatives.
I left items in the room and can't get anyone to call me back about finding them or not.
