we were not informed of the construcion being done to the whole patio interior. Construction started at 8:00. We were going to have breakfast but there was so much dust in the air we decided it wouldnt be healthy. We checked in at 10PM, too late to find another hotel. I am a Hilton Honors csutomer and I stay at Embassy's elsewhere. Terrible experince

Great staff! Very nice clean room. Wonderful view of the San Francisco Bay Excellent breakfast included The hotel was under construction which I didn't know about ahead of time. The pool was closed. The fitness center was in a suite and quite small.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Happy hour was great, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My son got sick in the restaurant and the manager went out of his way to help us & make my son feel better. The pool/other areas are under renovation - so no pool available in the hotel (although we were able to walk to the Hilton pool) and the construction noise got pretty loud. $20 per day parking fee on top of all the other fees is ridiculous.

Liked the friendly staff and hair dryers not connected to the bathroom wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed we may have been disturbed however. No warning that renovation was going on. Breakfast was not the greatest and ended at 9 am despite the fact that this airport services sfo and we got in at 2 am we still somehow managed to get downstairs for our free breakfast by 8:30.

I did not have a good experience. The hotel was not accurately reflected on the website, the pool was under renovation, the parking was more expensive than indicated, the staff was discourteous, our room was musty, the bathroom was dated and in need of repair, and the breakfast was precooked and barely warm!! This hotel was a disaster. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel. When I complained about all of the issues, I was told that my problems would be addressed, and to please ask if I had any other questions!! Really my only question is why this hotel was rated an 8.3!!

Location near the airport. Room dirty. Not hot water in room. Toilet in room ran constantly and prior patron had left notice and no repairs made. Unable to control room temp. Either on full blast or no heat. Overall the worst Embassy Suites hotel we have ever stayed in. Would not consider staying there again until assured the facilities are up to standard and in line with what they are charging

Clean with large rooms and a great breakfast. Pool and hot tub were broken so could not use either. No offer of a discount for a room due to this either.

Closeness to airport. We used it as a layover. The shuttle did not show up, I called the hotel 5 times and could not get to a "person". If I didn't need any of the options, I was out of luck. Paid 20.24 for a cab from the airport. The desk couldn't do anything for us -- because we didn't have a receipt from the cab driver. That stinks!

Beautiful Hotel inside, grounds well maintained, and awesome view of the Bay. Too far from the Fisherman's Wharf, the Zoo, and the Golden Gate Bridge.

The hotel is worth of the money especially for family with young kids. Great and convenient location, spacious room with great beach view. My kids loved the movies played in the hotel weekend night. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. $18 per day for parking is a bit expensive. You have to ask the front desk for the PIN code for Wi-Fi. Suggest to have it on the key cover so that it can be more convienent to the guest who may forget to ask.
