The room was spacious and comfortable. The sofa bed had a thick mattress which felt like a regular bed. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed having the bay right outside; we enjoyed the walk around the path and the views.
No nonsense spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Nice view of the bay.
Very spacious room, clean, great view
Breakfast was very poorly organized, a real killer!
Great hotel for a family. Good breakfast, nice views and a great welcome reception daily.
Staff is rude. Never provided enough towels.
no free wifi and breakfast is so simple
room, service, breakfast, pool, waterfront location
The staff at the front are excellent. Our receptionist and bellhop were attentive and alert to our needs.
It is currently being remodeled and dusty. The restaurant had limited staff and the food choices were extremely limited to bar items.
The location - waterfront, the walking trail next to hotel
Hotel was under construction, kind of old windows (poor noise isolation) as well as bathroom, lack of free Wifi, lack of free parking
Employees was quickly and nice. When ask in reception have know about bay area. Best.
New remodeling room was amazing, but smell very badly new paints. My soon have still allergy. Just tell as if remodeling your building, because elevator was blocked for contractors Sunday morning you wake up with hand sender under your floor is not best of the best, specially when you pay $ 240 dollars per night.
I like their newly decorated room. Their breakfast has always been a keeper for us We love to walk along the waters edge and watch the planes come and go from the airport.
The gift shop is to small and limited in gifts.
the front desk staff was nice. i like the water features inside of the hotel, and the openness of the hotel.
on friday at 8pm, three groomsmen and my fiance were bringing redbulls and juice for the wedding the next day to my room. the security gaurd stopped them and told them there were no parties, and made my fiance sign a paper that stated that if we got a noise complaint we would be evicted. this was MY room, and he had no right to harrass my wedding party. i will never stay at this embassy suites again. also. the water turned off at 10am on our last morning there, so we had to wait for them to turn it back on so we could shower and then check out. we were not told this before hand. i was also charged 75 cents for a local call. seriously?
everything was above expectations!
The service from the staff, I didn't feel like I was treated fairly.
managers cocktail hour - free drinks and snacks! Nice path outside to run along.
The view of planes landing at SFO - walking trail by Bay
Under construction - restaurants closed for private party- tired and old facility - high charge for wifi
We LOVED the free Happy Hour! The bartender Jose was fantastic. He was engaging, kind, funny! We enjoyed our room. It had an incredible view. We are hoping to stay, in the same room next time! We are thinking this might just have to be a tradition!
The pool was a bit crowded for adults. It would have been nice to have a time for ADULTS ONLY.
Room was spacious and clean. Checkout was easy.
Breakfast cooks got orders mixed up, one of three pc's in the business center didn't work. We had a hard time finding the place; our GPS sent us in circles. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said, "we hear that a lot." If so, those making reservations should be warned.
Having to get braclets for the pool facility.
Decent price for location. Classic Embassy feel. However, it was under full renovation at the time. We did get one of the new rooms. The South Bay and lagoon view is great!
Construction dust & paint / carpet glue smell was evident. The shower did not work well...but chalk that up to punch list stuff. This was only a minor annoyance and the place needed it.
The hotel location is perfect, near the airport and right on the bay trail. The lobby/atrium is pretty and so is the pool/hot tub. The daily included breakfast is great!
They were remodeling the hotel, so there was some dust and pieces of drywall everywhere. There is limited cell/data coverage available in the rooms (at least the one I was in) which seemed weird for a business oriented hotel.
I liked the room, the included breakfast, and the main atrium
I was unaware of the parking fee, I would have thought the parking should have been included at this price. The elevators were also not all functional, which made it difficult to get up and down, being we were on the 8th floor.
Gail from the front desk was Excellent on providing my familys need as a customers and giving lots of information and answer all my questions. Thanks to her my kids had a blast staying and will recommend to friends and family to stay at Embassy Suite.
Lovely waterfront views, delicious omelette for breakfast, happy hour and the Trium.
The noise from construction.
Rooms are big, great for kids. Interior hotel space always looks nice. Breakfast is great, and after a whole day with two high energy girls, the free drink after 5:00pm is welcome.
Was not told about a daily parking charge, never had one at embassy suites before. Also not told about construction right above my floor, not to bad but somewhat of a pain.
