Had to pay extra for wifi
2 days in a row it ran out of cereal bowls, what do you expect your guests to do? the "chef" has bad attitude. we are hotel guests - not refugees at a soup kitchen. by 10:15 am too lazy to cook more bacon and gave me bacon scraps? really?
All the amenities except having to pay Wifi. We've seen smaller hotel/motel offer free wifi, this should come free in our opinion.
having to pay wifi and temperature control of room was not able to be manually controlled, it was warm in rooms at times .
Very clean and great for the kids.
Parking fee of $22.00
There were black hairs in our tub when we first went to your room, yuk!!! One elevator was not working, and the other one would not stop at our floor, my husband is a heart patient so the extra walking did him in :(. The staff couldn't of cared less!!
Free cocktail reception for 2 hours each night Breakfast Bar/Restaurant good value
Housekeeping didn't replenish tea/coffee stocks (had to take extra from breakfast). Cleaning was very basic e.g. making beds At checking out, receptionist would not give bill - they said booking.com would email bill. They didn't know procedure - eventually got bill after insistence. Some staff not helpful
Breakfast was good
The faucet for the bathtub dripped all night long!
Rooms were a great size with comfy beds
That I was flying home the next day :(
Spacious rooms, great breakfast, quick transfer to SFO airport.
No free WiFi.
Lovely view over the bay, friendly and helpful staff, excellent shuttle service, very pleasant atrium, relaxed restaurant/bar, good breakfast and Happy Hour. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Embassy Suites on our next visit.
Managers reception was late. Breakfast dishes were empty. Breakfast tables were filthy with stacked dirty dishes.
We love the quality service and accommodations of the Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport. The view is gorgeous, the complimentary breakfast is such a deal, and the greenery and waterfalls in the middle relax you, even when the area fills with people. Hope to be back soon!
Beautiful room. Quiet. Free full breakfast. Easy to sfo.
Funky smell in bar area. Surprised to pay parking for large open surface lot. Associate that with downtown garage hotels.
Service, room size, breakfast
bathroom, information provided at desk, distance from SFO
no receipt when we asked for it, refused to print out our hotel bill, said we can use our booking.com confirmation (which is not the same for business travelers who have to submit the hotel bill), very disappointing after such a nice stay.
Breakfast is quite good, view outside the hotel is quite good. Helpful staffs and organized rooms.
The bed are small, parking fee is expensive.
Great view, amazing hotel interior, breakfast, large apartment, free wifi, free parking, friendly staff.
Too many hidden fees...
I didn't like anything about the embassy suites the people there were extremely rude and inconsiderate and I will never stay there again.
We enjoyed all the facilities and the location. Lots of lovely walks by the waterfront. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of choice. The evening cocktails were a lovely surprise and the people who staffed this facility were more than excellent at their job. we enjoyed the restaurant in the evening lots of variety The suites were very comfotable. Should we return to San Francisco we would choose to stay in the Embassy Suites. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Jacuzzi,room,front desk service esp. Gia...
The long line for the breakfast omelet station...but the staff were really working efficiently.
The room was excellent. Good view over the bay. Wonderful sea view.
This is one of our families favorite Embassy Suites. The staff from the front desk at check in to the breakfast staff were very, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is always great with choices including omelets, pancakes, cereal and fresh fruit- something for everyone in our family. The pool and workout center are super. The location is easy to get to right off the freeway. We love it and will be back!!
The only things our bathroom door and neighbors bathroom door squeeked but the staff said they would address it right away and parking was full when we got back from a Giants game but they did open another lot and had staff out directing so it worked out (it was a very busy Labor Day weekend).
Beautiful weather, walked down to Kincades for a fabulous meal. Close to airport. Frequent shuttle runs
The room was spacious and comfortable. The sofa bed had a thick mattress which felt like a regular bed. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed having the bay right outside; we enjoyed the walk around the path and the views.
told by manager guest who book through Embassy Suites are treated better than guest who book through Booking .com not enough towels in room for family of 5 had to go to pool for more even after complaining for $275 a night not enough pillows, shampoo blankets had holes in them maids didn't take dirty plates from room unless you put them outside door, elevator was not working try to get on one to go for breakfast workers have them so took forever to get one parking is a joke paying $21 a day there was conventions so people going to that and workers took all parking so guest were told to go to overflow snacks chex-mix $3 dollars out of Costco have stayed there before but would not go back other Embassy Suites much better than this
