We were very disappointed with the hotel. This was our second visit, and it was not what we expected- based on what we experienced 4 years ago, and with other Embassy Suites across the us. The managers reception was poor, there were kids running up and down the halls and in the elevators, loud parties could be heard through the walls, the breakfast was poor and the room was very bare. We will not return

The staff was professional and friendly. Not worth the high cost. The quality of the room would correspond to half the price.

The omelet chef on Wednesday, Jan 9, was jovial and welcoming, and did a nice job too. Restaurant staff very good. Front desk MOD took good care of me on arrival on the evening of Jan 8. Location is great for business, including early run to SFO with gas and fast food next door and a few hundred yards to the freeway.

rooms are very roomy. The entire suite is well designed. The carpet in living room area was very dirty.

Separate bedroom. Good breakfast. Enjoyed morning swim in an empty pool. Quiet. Clean. Some mold on shower curtain. Had to leave 5am for early flight and no breakfast that early.
