Nice facility. Front desk girl was not friendly but not rude. Nothing exceptional about our stay. Our toilet was semi plugged the first time we flushed it and it never did work right even after a delayed visit from maintenance.
I was very surprised that the wi-fi was not free.
Very nice place really I have plan to visit it again
The room was very spacious and the black out curtains were amazing for sleeping in. I would definitely stay here again
One of the wash cloths were stained and our room faced the parking lot so I heard people talking a few times during the night.
I liked the highly professional level and skills of the employees from the desk and from the Cascade restaurant, quality of the bed and equipment in the room, breakfast, smooth check-in/out experience.
The room looked pretty old and old fashioned, need to be modernized.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was nicely located. About 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. Reasonable price for the size of the room.
Place is old. You can tell by the furniture and carpet. The bathtub had scratches and the cups had lipstick on them.
It was clean, clean, clean. The staff was so nice! We arrived after 200 am after a horrible 12 hour Southwest airline flight and my elderly father falling and hitting his forehead between his eyes on the metal ramp on the airport shuttle, we were exhausted from the experience. The staff offered us cold bottles of water and were just wonderful. After experiencing what an Embassy Suite could be like, we will never stay at the one on I35 in Austin texas. There We literally had to fight off the flies as we ate breakfast, we had to clean are own tables etc. Seattle's was the best!!
The only thing I could complain about was I had a hard time finding parking due to my late arrivals each night. But not their fault!
did not take my platinum card even though it had a double digit balance
Location is three minutes to I 90 Freeway east and west bound! Westbound immediate access to I 405 north and south bound! 45 minutes to skiing and 25 minutes to downtown Seattle, Safeco and Century Link fields. Ten minutes to downtown Bellevue shopping. Great central location for travelers.
Food selection was poor and the quality wasn't very good. Also, dirty plates filled too many tables for far too long.
Separate bedroom was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of selection.
The pool was kind of gross. Water was cloudy and there were a few mats of hair floating around in it. Extremely strong chemical smell.
Breakfast choices were both fresh and delicious.
Wonderful atmosphere, loved the evening complimentary drinks and snacks & breakfast was delicious!!
Restaurant in hotel, free breakfast, happy hour, lots of space in room
Room thermostat did not control temperature well, the time display on the clock radio was not visible at night
Very organized meeting and event facility. Room was very comfortable and well equipped.
Breakfast style of room- suite, great for kids
little out of the way, there wasn't much for shopping or restaurants in the area
The staff very friendly. Bed comfortable Like the adult only pool time. Happy hour and breakfast good.
Rooms a bit out dated. Found a can with mold don't know what it was.
The pool was great but the best part was the breakfast , by far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!
Complimentary drinks and snacks and breakfast buffet.
