Quite and comfortable
Spa was not working
Clean rooms, nice staff, good variety at breakfast.
Would like free WiFi.
Suite setup very roomy. Breakfast choices to include most tastes.
Facility was very worn. Evening reception was poor. Charge for WiFi was unexpected. Overall the hotel seems to be cutting corners where possible.
Great for kids and there were a lot of them there.
although the breakfast and reception idea is great, standing in line for 30+ minutes for an omelet or cocktail sours the experience.
Breakfast included yummy omelets made to order. The feeling of privacy even near the freeway.
The sleeping area of our room was pleasant and light but the living room area as you entered off the courtyard felt dark and cold.
Absolutely quiet rooms. No outside noises.
No microwave in room.
Beds comfortable. Linens were crisp with puffy, warm, cozy duvet
bathtub didn't drain while using shower. Excercise room needs updating
Great service - clean rooms - made to order breakfast and the managers reception is always a main reason for our stay
carpets could stand to be updated - multiple elevators smelled of wet dogs, not a good thing at all, totally unexpected for an Embassy - took the stairs after that and the carpets in those stairwells were filthy - room was clean, but previous guest's room service tray stayed outside our door all night - no soaps or shampoos in the bathroom...... seem to need a refresher course on housekeeping
We have stayed here before, located very close to my brother's home, the Alderwood mall and much more. Although the hotel is not new it is kept clean and is comfortable.
The breakfast isn't "great" but I guess you can't complain if it's complimentary. I would almost rather pay a little less for my room and skip the breakfast.
Great location off freeway. Clean. Friendly staff.
We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a friendly and quick check in service. Our room was spacious and comfortable (king suite) and the bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning, which was complimentary with our booking deal, was good. Not your usual comped meal. We asked for a later check out than the already generous 12:00 and it was extended for another hour. That gave us plenty of time to take a swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub.
hotel needs a complete overhaul..
The water in the tub didn't drain properly but it was dealt with right away.
Excellent breakfast and managers reception.
The beds were less than optimal. Lumpy and very uncomfortable.
Leisurely ambiance of hotel. Complimentary breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful
We have stayed at your hotel several times over the past few years. We do think that aside from the main bedroom, the room with the pullout really needs refurbishing, getting old looking and dark. Drainage in bathtub is a problem too
Said I could check in at 4pm and I had to wait around until 5pm to check in because the room was not clean. Stained carpets. Room would not cool down.
The King suite was nice and cozy. There was a lot of room for 4 people. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast, best omelette ever!
The pool was kind of small since a lot of kids were there, should build a bigger one. Awesome if they could add some more food choices for the managers special.
The majority of staff were very responsive to our needs and friendly and outgoing. The morning breakfast was quite good!
We had booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived we were given the poorest room in the building and it was a smoking room. I have allergies and am unable to be around smoke at all. We arrived at Midnight and were quite tired. Upon approaching the front desk regarding the problem we were told there was no other room available. After I absolutely refused to stay in the room and showed a copy of my booking stating a non-smoking room they redeemed themselves by finding us a non-smoking room. The room we ended up with was very nice.
Friendly and accommodating front desk, very clean and comfortable. Usually our first choice for hotel when we are here.
Great breakfast and staff where extremely helpful.
Facility is looking a little tired and rooms were dark.
Unfortunately this Hotel did not live up to our expectations. The pool area was very horrible. The water was so dirty you could not see to the bottom of the pool. The floor was littered with dirty band aids and there were no towels available. The complimentary breakfast service was fair but waiting in line 10 mins for a hot omelet is not ideal. Overall the hotel is dark, dated and in need of renovations. I would not recommend it for a young family!
I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for wifi per device. And staying at this hotel you barely get a decent signal, even staying at lower hotel wifi is always free
Breakfast and happy hour were great. Loved all the options.
Beautiful facility, clean rooms, friendly people. Parking lot was nice and lit. Felt safe.
The bed I slept on was too soft and the pillows were to big.
I felt like I got my money's worth. I liked that the pool was open until 10 for all ages and after 10 to 2am it was open to 18and over. The room and bed was comfortable. And the complementary breakfast and drinks!
The elevator was very slow but not a deal breaker at all. Would have been fun if the left the waterfall in the pool open after 10pm.
